Your friend John wants to lose some weight and get into better shape. He asks for your help to give him advice with exercise and eating habits. John weighs 275 pounds, and his only exercise consists of walking about 15 minutes from school to home each day. On any given day he usually eats about half of a pizza, a bag of hot cheetos, about 2 liters of soda, and snacks on things like chips and cookies.
