Property Manager Birmingham/Coventry c£25,000 + Company Car Summary of position: • New home based role to oversee and manage Midlands portfolio • Flexible position • Scope for progression Job details: We have a new opportunity for a home based Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of developments in the Midlands. Our client is a customer focused and highly reputable managing agent who are expanding rapidly. You will have management responsibility for a portfolio covering Coventry and Birmingham as well as parts of the East Midlands. Your main responsibilities will be to carry out site inspections, arranging works to be carried out and budgeting. You will be liaising with contractors and internal accounts teams too. We are looking for someone with at least 12 months block management experience together with the willingness to learn and progress. The successful person can expect a salary in the range of £25,000 plus company car (Audi A3 or similar) a well as other benefits. Please forward a full CV in the first instance.
