Handbook, formerly known as the ASPE Data Book.
Instructor:
Mr. Joseph Hernandez, CPD, a senior engineer with SSOE Inc., Architects and Engineers, brings over
thirty years of industry experience. He is a graduate of Wayne State University holding a bachelors
degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has served the Eastern Michigan Chapter at the Vice President of
Technical and Education and 5 terms as president. He receive the 1996 Chairmans Award for the
development of the Plumbing design classes that are currently used around the countrys ASPE chapters.
