As we start with 2016, we reached out to our users asking them about their New

Year Resolution for Happy Recruiting in 2016. Here is what they have to say:

1. Lower down Attrition Rate

“Our new year resolution is to make sure the attrition rate of the companies (our clients) is reduced.

For this we need to find the right candidates that match the organisation culture. This leads to a

happy employee as well as a happy employer which in turn generates more profits.”
