ASIP Launches its Training Plan for the Second Half of 2019

AMMAN - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) launched the training plan for the second half of 2019.

The training courses and programs cover IP-related topics including: IP Role in Economic and Technical Development, Contract Drafting and Innovation Support in IP, Specialized Course in Trademarks, E- Crimes, and Formal Examination of Patents among others.

A M M A N - T he A r ab Society for Intel lectual Property (ASIP) launched the ‘Top Arab Brands’ contest with the aim to highlight the famous Arab brands at an international level. The initiative is based on a recommendation by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh at the recent meetings of ASIP Board of Directors and General Assembly.

The contest is centered on a voting system that allows al l sectors, community segments, media and social networks to participate in to reach as many voters as possible to select the most famous Arab brands from a list that comprises 200 brands.

At the end of the voting process, information will be digitally collected and

analyzed to regroup the brands into two lists: that the f irst includes the most famous Arab brands in general and the second includes the most famous Arab brands by sector.

For vote r s , ASIP wi l l present TAGITOP devices, the f irst state-of-the-ar t Arab laptops.

In order for this initiative to succeed and realize its objective, we are looking forward for your assistance in circulating this contest on a broad level including (chambers of commerce and industry, banks, companies, universities, media, unions, professional associations among others).

workshops outlining the development of posit ion pape r s r e la t ed t o t he development of different IP services that FICPI shares with Intellectual Property off ices worldwide.
