Young Professionals Program (YPP)
For highly qualified and motivated candidates usually at 32 years old or younger
3 – 5 years of work experience
Offers a range of work experience and training opportunities through rotational assignments
Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates undergo a competitive selection process consisting of: (i) Video Conference Interview (ii) Panel interview at the ADB Headquarters (iii) Production of a Short Introductory Video (iv) Writing Test (v) Group Assessment Test
4 YPP Committee deliberates on candidates that will be offered an appointment.
Internship candidates must:
be enrolled in a Masters or PhD level program at a school in one of the ADB member countries, both prior to and after the internship assignment;
be engaged in academic study in a field directly related to ADB's work;
be a national of one of ADB's member countries;
possess an excellent command of English; and
have relevant professional experience.
