ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:Antonio Doss is director of the Washington Metropolitan Area District of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), where he oversees the delivery of SBA’s small business financing products, contracting programs, and entrepreneurial coaching ser-vices in Washington, D.C., northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. He has supported the economic and community development needs of entrepreneurs and underserved communities throughout his career.

Gerald L. Gordon, Ph.D., is president and CEO of the Fairfax County Economic Devel-opment Authority (FCEDA). He has been with the FCEDA since 1983, during which time office space in the county grew from 32 million to more than 115 million square feet, and jobs grew from 243,000 to almost 600,000. Virginia Business magazine named Dr. Gordon its 2010 Virginia Business Person of the Year, and in 2013 and 2014 named him one of the 50 Most Influential Virginians. Dr. Gordon also is the recipient of Leadership Fairfax, Inc.’s 2011 Northern Virginia Regional Leadership Award.

Moe Jafari is the founder, president and CEO of HumanTouch, LLC, in Tysons Corner. Mr. Jafari has more than 20 years of experience in the federal IT industry and has spent the last 15 years developing HumanTouch into a market leader. The firm has been fea-tured on Washington Business Journal and Washington Technology lists of fast-grow-ing companies. Mr. Jafari serves on several community boards and is on the board of Decorate a Vet.

Tizoc S. Loza is corporate manager of Supplier Diversity Programs/Government Re-lations at Fairfax County-based Northrop Grumman Corporation. His responsibilities include direction, management and corporate-wide oversight of the mentor-protégé, Small Business Innovation Research, AbilityOne and Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Hispanic-Serving Institutions/Tribal Colleges and Universities programs. Mr. Loza reviews and implements corporate strategies that enable each business sec-tor to collaborate and develop partnerships with innovative small businesses.

Phil Panzarellla is a partner with Fairfax-based consulting firm 5GS LLC. He has 36 years of leadership, management and operations experience delivering innovative consulting solutions to the public sector (federal, state and local) and commercial clients. Previously he was president of CPS Professional Services and vice president of Siemens Government Services. Mr. Panzarella is a West Point graduate and an Army veteran. He serves as chairman of the board of directors of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.

Anna Urman is director of the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Program (VA PTAP) and a leading analyst on government procurement policy. PTAP’s mission is to increase contracting activity between small businesses, prime government contractors and the federal and state government agencies. PTAP offers training and counseling on a variety of procurement topics at its offices in Fairfax, Charlottesville, Richmond and Williamsburg. As director, Ms. Urman maintains strategic relationships with govern-ment agencies, small business liaisons and a variety of public-private partnerships. Prior to joining PTAP, she was the director of the South Fairfax Small Business Develop-ment Center. Ms. Urman holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
