ABOUT US: We are specialized in processing and maintaining quality and hygienic condition in seafood Processing. Our company is located on the Main Karachi Pakistan Fish market, very near to both Port and the landing areas. We have more than 300 workers in our factory that works in day and night shifts to make the product quality at its best. Our daily packing capacity is 20 Tons and we can store up to 10contaners in our cold storage. PROCESSING:
TIME IS MONEY: (Proceesing time in Seafood is major concern.)
We ASIAN MARINE FOODS follow a standard of time in processing each of following step.
Step 1 Priority to purchasing very fresh raw-material from Auction.
Step 2 Immediately sending/putting raw- material to factory using plastic/ice boxes.
Step 3 At factory, inspecting raw-material by higher authority factory owner /executive or manager and reject is sent back.Step 4 Approved raw-material is allowed for processing, which is immediately washed and chilled.
Step 5 Chilled and clean raw-material is graded into different sizes.
Step 6 Graded raw-material is weighed regarding buyer’s demand and set up/packed in freezing/steel trays.
Step 7 Trays are immediately put into the Air Blast Freezer/tunnel and freezed up-to (–40 )deg Celsius. Shrimps, Loligo Squid, Cuttle Fish etc. are freeze in Plate freezer.
Step 8 Frozen product is put in master cartons approved by buyers (Printed carton, brown or white etc.)
Step 9 Master Cartons are stocked up in cold stores, temp. set at – 18-20 deg Celsius.
Step 10 At time of shipment container is first plugged, and put inside the factory so only the authorized person can see product during loading.
