Mr Bach is a founding shareholder of AsiaInvest Group. He is a giftedexpert in corporate governance and finance. Bach has worked for over15 years in financial area including 11 years as Chief Financial Officer forMultinational Corporations and Telecommunication Firms in Vietnam(TNT, Hutchison Telecom, HT Mobile). Mr Bach was recently promotedas Deputy Secretary General of Vietnam Association of CorporateDirectors (VACD) and Director of Vietnam CFO Club (VCFO).
Bach holds a Bachelor Degree from Hanoi University of Finance andAccounting, and an MBA from Pacific Western University (USA). He alsocompleted various courses in business management from RMITUniversity (Australia), James Madison University (USA), the NetherlandsAcademy of Management Technology...

Mr Hung is a founding shareholder of AsiaInvest Group. He has manyyears of consulting experience in finance, banking, law, and securities.Before set up his own business in AsiaInvest, Hung held severalpositions in other companies: CFO in the Northern area of Mai LinhGroup; Director of Capital Financial Consultancy Company; InvestmentDirector of Vinafins Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company...Mr Hung is now in charge of Investment and Capital Arrangement ofAsiaInvest.
Hung graduated from Hanoi University of Law in 1997. In 2001, he wasgranted a scholarship under the Fulbright Economics Teaching Programin Applied Economics and Public Policy, Kennedy School of Governmentat Harvard University (USA).

Thanh hasworked for over 10 years in finance and accounting as ChiefAccountant, Head of Finance – Accounting Department in JV and100% foreign invested companies in Vietnam. Mr Thanh is nowresponsible for AsiaInvest’s Southern Branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
Thanh graduated from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City inFinance and Accounting. He also completed Training Program forFinance Manager (MFM) of the United State Academy of Finance.

Before joining AsiaInvest, Cong held severalpositions in other companies: Deputy Director of Dai Duong Tourism –Trading Company, Deputy Head of Project Department of HanoiHousing Development General Corporation, Deputy Director ofFactory No 8 of Investment and Housing Development Company No 9,Head of Investment-Develpment Department of Bach DangInvestment and Construction JSC No 8 under the Bach DangConstruction Corporation... Mr Cong is now in charge of real estateconsultancy and business services.
Cong graduated from Department of Tourism, University of NaturalSciences in 1996 and Hanoi University of Law in 2000.

Mr. Nghia has been working for over 10 years in financial advisory including 5years as a FAS Consulting Manager in Deloitte Vietnam. He successfullymanaged and executed many consulting contracts on internal control systemdevelopment, financial analysis, management solution, enterpriserestructuring, company valuation, and equitization… for big corporations suchas Vietnam Insurance Corporation, Bao Minh Insurance Company, Sai Gon BeerAlcohol Beverage Corporation – Sabeco, Hanoi Alcohol Beer and BeverageCompany – Habaco, Vietnam Cement Corporation, Petro Vietnam, VNPT,Vietnam Aviation Corporation… Nghia also extended his expertise advice ontax and import-export activities to many ODA projects and foreign investedenterprises. He is now in charge of M&A Consultancy and Corporate Finance inAsiaInvest.
Nghia graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance in theNetherlands; holds Master Degree in Banking and Finance from DauphineUniversity Paris and European School of Management (ESCP-EAP). Nghia isamong the first receiver of “National Price Evaluation Card” in Vietnam

He is also in charge ofDeputy of Foreign affairs and Public relation Department,International Cooperation of Vietnam Association of CorporateDirectors (VACD).
Khue was educated in language. He subsequently acquired a tertiaryeducation in linguistics in University of Social Sciences andHumanities, Hanoi National University, and an MBA from La TrobeUniversity, Australia. Khue also completed courses for conferenceinterpreter in European Commission, Belgium; Socio-Cultural IssuesSpecialist Course in Westminster University - UK, Dublin CityUniversity – Ireland…

He has extensive experience dealing with large international MNCs,property development companies, hotel groups, architect firms, interiordesigners, M&E Consultants, hotels and hospitality managementcompanies as clients and project partners
Mr. Jason Lien graduated with Bachelor Degree of Applied ScienceConstruction Management - RMIT University - Australian and MasterDegree of Business Administration - RMIT University. Mr. Jason Lien isfluent in English, Vietnamese & Chinese (Teo Chew, Cantonese, Mandarin)
