Settings

Any Setting related to the software can be done from here.. You can browse through all the different tabs available..To reach here, from the Property menu, select Settings.

Day End

One of the important tasks you need to do at the beginning of the day is to set the date before performing any task, so that any transaction performed will be counted for that day.

It prompts you for the Day End as soon as you log-in to the software.

Any operations on the Departments viz. adding, editing or deleting a department can be done from here..To add a new Department, from the Master menu, select Department.

Unit Master

Any unit which can possibly exist for the items are to be added in here..To add a new Unit, from the Master menu, select Unit.

POS Center Master

Any operations on the POS Centers viz. adding, editing or deleting a POS Center can be done from here..To add a new POS Center, from the Master menu, select Point Of Sale.

Table Master

All the tables which can possibly exist collectively for all the POS Centers are to be added in here..To add a new Table, from the Table menu, select Table.

Waiter Master

To enter in the Waiter information.To add a new Waiter detail, from the Master menu, select Server/Waiter.

You need to assign the tables to the POS Center so that it will have access only to the assigned tables in the KOT as well as during the sales.To reach here, from the Table menu, select Table Assignment.

You need to log in all the items, may the item be purchased, may it be for selling purpose or may it be used as an ingredient for an item. To reach here, from the Item Master menu, select Item Master.

To enter in the details of a new Item. To reach here, from the Item Master menu, select Item Master, click on Add.

Item Assignment

The Items once created are to be classified and assigned to their respective groups.To reach here, from the Item Master menu, select Item Assignment.

Item Rate/Tax Definition

To set the Item Rate & Tax and to set the default rates for items, POS Center wise, use this.To reach here, from the Item Master menu, select Item Rate & Tax.

Supplier Database

You need to log in all the Supplier’s data with whom you deal with. Therefore make sure to add the Supplier’s details before logging in any purchase details.To reach here, from the Master menu, select Supplier.

Purchase

Any purchase made, is to be logged in here.To reach here, from the Master menu, select Supplier.

When the guest places the order, the waiter notes down the order and forwards it to the captain. The captain prepares what is known as Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) using the order, which is forwarded to the Kitchen, Billing division and retains one copy with him for future references.

To create a new KOT or to view the list of existing KOT’s, from the Transaction menu, select Kitchen Order Ticket(KOT), click on Add.

To Sales Items.To create a new Sales bill or to view the list of existing Sales Bills, from the Transaction menu, select Sales, click on Add.

To enter in the payment details for the Sales bill, click on Amt. Paid and log in the payment details.

The payment can be posted to the Guest Folio directly or can be credited on the Creditor’s account.

Adjustments

You can deliberately make adjustments to the item stock if required.

To enter in an Adjustment, from the Transaction menu, select Adjustment.

Item Voucher

To enter in the Inter-Departmental item transfers.

To issue a new Voucher or to view the list of existing Vouchers, from the Transaction menu, select Voucher, click on Add.

You can create new user and assign the privileges to the user to restrict the unauthorized access to some of the functions. Admin bears the supreme authority and all the privileges.

Adding a User

Neither you can remove the privileges nor add the privileges for the Admin.To create a new User or to view the list of existing users and their privileges, from the Master menu, select DeskUser.
