Summit Background

• Thirty participant interdisciplinary consensus conference

• Goals:1. Determine minimum data elements to be included

in a medication list;

2. Identify and discuss barriers and resolutions to the use of medication lists; and

3. Develop a framework for further research and a national social marketing campaign.
