I’ve lived in Ashmore for 24 years now and have been proudly selling homes here for over 12 years. As a local, isn’t it great to see how many renovations and rebuilds are going on in the area - check out 105 Parasol Street, 16 Darel Drive and 18 Horizon Avenue if you haven’t seen them already. People are finally realising what a fantastic, central and convenient suburb it is that we live in, offering everything that a family and community could want.

I continually meet many people new to the area at open homes or inspections who have no idea what facilities Ashmore offers … this is why www.myashmore.com.au was created to assist them in choosing our suburb as their new home. Any suggestions to improve this site for all would be greatly appreciated and welcomed.

I believe that Capital Growth is absolutely assured in Ashmore in the years to come … where else can you buy the value-for-money properties that we have here at such ridiculously low prices, all within such close proximity to the beach and major CBD’s ???

There are plenty of buyers out there currently looking for their new home with the latest trend showing that there are approx. 15 people looking per house within Ashmore - I’m meeting & talking to at least 30 new people each and every week wanting to buy here, and with Spring-time and the warmer weather now upon us, the buying “buzz” is in the air and they all want to be in their new home by Christmas … please call me for a no obligation, confidential chat if you are thinking of selling.
