Superwomen in LeadershipMany organizations are missing out on a valuable resource—women. With women comprising just 4% of corporate CEOs, 14% of executive officers, and 20% of America’s government officials, there is a persistent leadership gap. Women with high potential advance more slowly than their male peers, both in career progression and pay, even though they employ career management skills and leadership strategies similar to men’s. Organizations that neglect this critical talent-management issue risk lagging behind their competitors in attracting, developing, and retaining the best candidates to serve as the next generation of leaders. This encouraging message for leaders and future leaders will inspire women to become Superwomen in Leadership. In this presentation, Ashley shares these insights:

• ‘Hang in there’ and prepare for jolts during the journey• Think big, very big• Be strong enough to get help• Love and serve others

Leading Change in Our Ever-Changing WorldLeading change is not easy. Our world is changing at a rapid pace, and our skills, technology and procedures are changing swiftly to keep up. In addition to our ever-changing environment, customers are more demanding, competition is stiffer, and employees are often less engaged. Plus, despite all these demands, many leaders are being asked to accomplish more with less. In this keynote, Ashley will focus on key strategies to allow you to lead and influence more effectively. In this presentation, Ashley shares these insights:

• Assess your team’s readiness to successfully handle change• Create a vision• Communicate, communicate, communicate (and repeat if necessary)!• Create and celebrate wins

Culture by DesignYour organization has a culture—the question is, did you intentionally take action to create the culture desired, or did the culture come into existence on its own? Culture dictates employee loyalty, production, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. It is the foundation of a thriving organization, yet it is often just left to develop on its own.In this presentation, Ashley shares these insights:

• Decide to intentionally create your culture• Determine what your culture is, what you want it to be, and the gaps that exist• Create and implement a plan

Other keynote presentations include:• Dealing With Your Blind Spots• Taking the ‘Con’ Out of Conflict• Coaching Tomorrow’s Leaders
