“We fell in love with Ashfield Lodge as soon as John Lake opened

the door for us eight years ago when moving to Torquay. Walking

through the house and garden, we were immediately drawn to the

bright and versatile space, open views and beautiful kitchen which

The location will be hard to replicate. Local shops at Old Mill Road

and Walnut Road are a short walk and access to so many beauty

spots, with one of our favourites being Cockington. Ashfield Lodge

has given us more than just a home, it is a lifestyle. On a beautiful

evening we can walk to local restaurants or Princess Theatre, be

paddling at Torre Abbey Sands or using the leisure centre within a

matter of minutes, and no need of a car.”
