Gunung Leuser NP 2013-2022 To strengthen TNGL as a fortress for the Sumatran forest ecosystem that functions optimally as a life
support system and beneficial to the local community.
Kerinci Seblat NP 1995-2019 To protect life support systems, preservation of diversity of animal species and ecosystems, and to
provide biological resources and environmental services that can be utilized sustainably.
Way Kambas NP 2017-2026 To protect rare plants and animals, especially Sumatran Elephants.

Bulusaraung NP
2016-2025 To protect of karst ecosystems that have high biodiversity and unique natural feature, optimize the
utilization of environmental services, and achieve goog governance.
Lorentz NP 2010-2029 To protect mountainous ecosystems as The Nothofagus habitat and a complete ecosystem (coastal
mangrove to high mountains), as well as protecting endemic species of Papua (such as tree kangaroos).

NP authority for implementing
the local community-based
Conservation Partnership in
terms of non-timber utilization or
area-based fishing rights.

activities, such as: joint-patrol,
campaign, and also enhancing
