Vice President - hires callers for 2 annual dances; does president’s duties, in

president’s absence

Secretary - takes minutes at meetings & gets them out to the board

Treasurer - manages the finances & manages the membership

Maintenance - oversees the maintenance of the hall

Supplies - keeps us in paper towels, toilet paper & everything else

Central District rep - represents ASDC at Central District meetings

Publicity - keeps our membership aware of anything going on in the dance world &

advertises dance events

Facility Use - organizes contracts with all dance groups & manages the keys11
