All product is required to conform to the applicable regulatory requirements of both localities. For the products covered by this manual, conformance in the USA will be accepted as verification of conformance in Canada whenever possible. Submit: A minimum of two (2) yards in one (1) colorway must be submitted for full package testing. One half (1/2) yard of each additional color is to be submitted for additional colorway testing (as applicable). Submitted fabric must be representative of finished bulk fabric that will be used in garment production. This Protocol covers toys defined as products or equipment designed, manufactured, or marketed for use in learning or play. Submit: Approximately 9-12 finished products depending on size or amount necessary to proceed with full testing of each component separately.
