The ASC X12 Online Change Request tool provides convenient and direct entry of revision requests, simplifying requests for new work products and revisions to existing work products.
• V1 is a success. ASC X12N is using the Change Request tool to accept and process TR change requests.
• V2 is coming soon. The ASC X12 Steering Committee and Board will soon accept and process policy and procedure revision requests using the Change Request tool.

• The DISA Board has new officers.– Jim Taylor, Ken Hutchison, Jim Leach and Jonathan Lyon.
• DISA continues to provide support to ASC X12.
• Transitioning of the DISA operations to ACORD has not been scheduled.

• The ASC X12 Board remains focused on ensuring ASC X12 continues as a strong organization that functions independently, is recognized as a standards development leader and aligns with other effective organizations to work toward mutual goals.
• ASC X12 and ACORD leaders are still actively engaged in negotiations.
• We expect negotiations to be concluded soon, certainly within a couple of weeks.
• I’ll send a member update out as soon as concrete details can be shared.

• The ASC X12 SDO Accreditation Application has progressed through the first two stages of the ANSI Accreditation process, public review and ANSI subcommittee review.
• Our responses to the ANSI subcommittee comments have been submitted.
• The next step is approval from ANSI ’s Executive Committee.
• Following ANSI approval, a member ballot will be issued to confirm support for the new version of the OPM that supports SDO status.
