• In mobile networks the handset and network continually exchange info.

• The TILS Client collects these parameters from the phone.

• The client sends the collected information to a hosted server.

• Information is sent via SMS, USSD or GPRS to a hosted server.

• Operator mast data which is used to predicted network coverage.

• Intelligent algorithms & filters process the information and predicted coverage

to give location.

• Accuracy of estimated location is improved through drive testing.

• The location is made available through API’s.
