MEDIDAS DE RESULTADOS1. Escala de Desenvolvimento da Linguagem
de Reynell (RDLS); Compreensão verbal para crianças de 1a e 2m
à 6a e 3m; Grau de dificuldade aumenta gradualmente.
2. Teste de Linguagem Expressiva de Schlitching (SELT) – 3 medidas de linguagem expressiva.
Desenvolvimento de palavras; Desenvolvimento de sentenças; Desenvolvimento de memória auditiva; Realizado em crianças de 1a e 9m à 6a e 3m.

CONCLUSÃOO IC em crianças surdas pre linguais deve ocorrer
no período de 2a;O Importante a estimulação bilateral, seja com 2
IC/AASI + IC;O Dificuldade de aprendizagem – preditor negativo;O Influência de fatores ambientais aumentou ao
longo do tempo;O Um ano após o IC – multilinguismo na família foi
relacionado com escores mais baixos de linguagem
O Dois anos após o IC – o multilinguismo foi acompanhado do insuficiente envolvimento dos pais na reabilitação;
O Três anos surgiu novo fator ambiental – melhor desempenho das crianças cujas famílias utilizavam comunicação oral.
