La struttura dell’azienda Artifer si è venuta

delineando nel corso degli anni seguendo

la filosofia della qualità che da sempre ha

caratterizzato i prodotti che escono dalle

proprie officine di Zanè.

Oggi, grazie alle nuove tecnologie tutti i

processi di lavorazione sono costantemen-

te controllati ed i dettagli continuamente

analizzati al fine di elevare la qualità pro-

duttiva pur mantenendo prezzi veramente

competitivi.

The research and selection of the raw

materials as well as the continuous conformity

checks adopted for all working phases - from

the arrival of the materials in our plants to the

stockage of the finished products in our

warehouses – have always been very strict.

The dosed strokes of hammer and power

hammer, under the watchful eye of the "faber

magister", assures the regularity of the

shapes, the linearity and a perfect

reproduction of the pieces. Research and

checks are made also when selecting all kind

of materials, in order to assure the overall

quality of the finished product in each part.

La ricerca e la selezione delle materie prime e i

continui controlli di conformità che intervengo-

no in tutte le fasi di lavorazione - dall’ingresso

dei materiali negli stabilimenti, fino all’arrivo ai

magazzini dei prodotti finiti - sono sempre stati

particolarmente severi. I colpi dosati di maglio

e martello, sotto l’occhio vigile dei “magister

faber” assicurano ai pezzi la regolarità delle

forme, la linearità ed una perfetta riproduzione

degli stessi. Ricerca e controlli vengono esegui-

ti anche nella selezione dei materiali accessori,

per garantire la totale qualità del prodotto finito

in ogni sua parte.

Nella nuova sede di Schio l’organizzazione

interna è in continuo lavoro e pone costan-

te attenzione all’evoluzione dei mercati,

alla ricerca e allo sviluppo di nuove linee

nonché alla piena soddisfazione delle esi-

genze dei clienti.

Il nostro servizio commerciale è in grado di

fornire in tempo reale informazioni sullo

stato di avanzamento degli ordini, disponi-

bilità, o informazioni tecniche.

Il moderno magazzino, gestito completa-

mente a computer, ogni giorno spedisce

centinaia di pallets. La rintracciabilità dei

pezzi o dei lotti di produzione, gli imballag-

gi personalizzati, lo studio e la verifica di

nuove richieste, la produzione su campione

o disegno, sono alcuni dei servizi che ogni

giorno il cliente trova a disposizione per

agevolare il proprio lavoro.

In the new plant in Schio the interior

organization keeps working and pays a

constant attention to the market evolution,

to the research and development of new

products lines as well as customer's

satisfaction. Our sales department is able to

provide immediately information like orders

progress, availabilities and technical details;

the modern warehouse, which is completely

controlled by computer, is shipping out

hundreds of pallets every day. Traceability of

pieces and production lots, personalized

packing, design and verification of no-

standard requests, production on customer's

sample or design: these are some of the

services that we provide every day to our

customers for easing their job.

Mettiamo a disposizione una serie di moduli

componibili e cancelli di abbinamento di stile

e dimensioni differenti da fissare semplice-

mente con le apposite viti in dotazione per-

mettendo così un notevole risparmio nella

posa in opera. Tutti i moduli sono forniti com-

pleti di piantoni (1 per modulo) e già zincati a

caldo a garanzia di inalterabilità nel tempo.

Artifer places at your disposal a range of

modules and matching gates in different

styles dimensions to be fixed together

simply by means of special bolts supplied

with them so allowing to considerably

reduce assembling time. All modules are

equipped with end posts (1 posts for each

panel), and hot galvanized to assure their

inalterability in time.
