Springfield Community Primary School wishes to appoint a Part-Time Art Teacher. Springfield Community Primary School is an outstanding primary school, situated on the borders of Hackney and Haringey. We are part of a federation of six schools who place a high level of importance on the Arts in our curriculum. We are looking to appoint an Art teacher who will play a lead role in developing art provision at the school. This is a part-time art teaching post. However we will consider applicants who are looking for full -time teaching positions. We are looking for someone who: is passionate about developing their own practice and is determined to ensure that all pupils achieve is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively has high expectations of themselves and the children they work with is enthusiastic, full of energy and loves engaging children in learning is a talented artist and teacher, with the ability to deliver art lessons across the school in Early Years, KS1 & 2 in line with the National Curriculum, who has a passion for creating inspiring, multi-medium wall displays and would also provide innovative set design for school productions.
