Heritage Peppers These Heritage Peppers are from Let's Go Farm. They're paired with an old metal stool that sits on an even older wooden bench from our summer home in the Pennsylvania mountains. I love the soft grey color and many nicks and cracks of the bench. Harvest Pumpkin At Thanksgiving, I bought this unique pumpkin with gnarled stem and twisted tendrils from Foggy River Farm. It sits on my grandfather's flour bin painted 1930s pale grey-green. The old shutters add a richer, bluer green and a beautiful salmon peeking through the chipped paint. A tin flower bucket added height. Art of Gastronomy II, juried exhibition at Healdsburg Center for the Arts March 18 - May 14, 2017

Jurors: Franco Dunn, Vicky Kumpfer and Diana Jameson Franco Dunn‘s career as a professional chef in Sonoma County started in 1983 with Jordan Winery where he was Executive Chef for five and a half years. He lived in Italy for two and a half years where he worked in fourteen different restaurants. Among these were two Michelin three star restaurants, a two star, and a one star, and many excellent trattorias. Franco has been making sausages for 30 years, and considers himself a sausage anthropologist. Vicky Kumpfer loves good art, creative endeavors and interesting places and spaces. She has worked over 30 years in the arts here in Sonoma County and in Utah. Her experience ranges from executive director to weekend supervisor and includes the City of Santa Rosa’s Arts Coordinator, the Sonoma Arts Council Visual Arts Specialist, Petaluma Arts Center’s ED and most recently, Healdsburg Center for the Arts’ Gallery Manager. She is thrilled and honored to jury the Art of Gastronomy 2017 Exhibition.  Diana Jameson has a deep passion for the arts, great food and wine. A nearly lifelong resident of Sonoma County, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for Healdsburg Center for the Arts.
