DoVA - Department of Visual Arts ExhibitionThe Larson Gallery is proud to present the 2019 Department of Visual Arts Exhibition. The Guild and staff of the Larson Gallery have made it their mission to cultivate a love of art in artists, students, and the community by not only providing access to a variety of exhibits, but also by encouraging and supporting their efforts. As part of our mission we hold an exhibition just for students who have taken an art class at YVC within the last year. We feel it is an important experience for the students, their families and the community. Student artwork completed during the school year, which is always diverse and always interesting, is selected by the Art Faculty. Faculty also exhibit new work.

The exhibit will run from April 30th until May 25th. Please join us for an opening reception and presentation of awards from 5pm - 7pm on April 30th!

Larson Gallery Guild MembersThank you for your support:

Spring is in the air! At the Larson Gallery, spring means the opening of the 41st Annual National Photography Exhibition, which runs until April 13th. There are many exciting and creative pictures on display from varying artists. Many pieces are for sale and would make a fantastic addition to your gallery wall! Please stop by and reserve yours! Spring also marks the second attempt (due to February weather) at the 2019 Platinum Event, which took place on March 30th at the 4th Street Theater. The event served as the campaign kick-off which will raise the funds necessary to create our modern gallery in YVC’s new West Campus! Don’t forget to renew your annual memberships to continue your benefits and invite your friends to join as well! Speaking for the Larson Gallery Guild board, we could not fulfill our mission without membership contributions from you, we appreciate them so very much. Your contributions help our Larson family grow and Cultivate a Love of Art in the Yakima Valley!
