Job Role: To analyze the CPG Retail Sales for specified clients of the company. How the sales is fairing across years, sales forecasting along with reporting to the client. o INTERNSHIP
Worked as an Intern with State Bank of India based at NRI, Kolkata on the project topic “NRI Business – Improving Market Share”, under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager (Mr. Gaurav Banerjee) of the branch, for a tenure of two months from June, 2013 to August, 2013.
Objective: To analyze in what kind of Investment Schemes the various NRI customers are interested in and to attract both the existing and new potential customers with new schemes.
Analysis: Regressive Analysis was being performed using MS OFFICE SUITE depending on the age group of the customers, income level and preference towards different types of investment and a kind of what kind of Investment Schemes should be undertaken by SBI to increase their market share in NRI Business along with what other services should also be provided to them.
o PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
Worked on a project entitled “ The Demographic Dividend: Issues related to ‘ Dependency and Employability in India’ in Comparison to Other Developing and Developed Countries and hence Economic Growth“, under the guidance of Dr. Dhiraj Kumar Bandyopadhyay (Prof. of University of Calcutta).
Objective: What Demographic Dividend is all about and how is it responsible to bring along increased employability and
economic growth in India in comparison to other Developing Countries as well as Developed Countries. Analysis: Regressive Analysis was being performed using MS OFFICE SUITE to understand how Child Dependency Ratio
(CDR) and Aged Dependency Ratio (ADR) leads to Demographic Dividend and hence Economic Growth across countries along with the forecasting, whether India can reap any benefit from the same. Specific policy implementation was also being prescribed.
