Materials

Parkhome Modular Units use only the best quality materials during the manufacture and assembly processes. This ensures we

deliver a product that requires a low level o f maintenance coupled with an

extended useful life.O ur standard panels are manufactured

using flame retardant grade EPS with pre-painted Aluzinc® coated steel skins

which offer a far superior corrosion resistance when compared to a standard

galvanised steel skin . W e also manufacture customised solutions and can offer various other insulating cores

including PU, PIR Rockwool and Polyphen ® along with various other skin options

from oak to stainless steel.

Production Team

Parkhome modular units can manufacture virtually any size unit to satisfy your accommodation needs including low cost labour camp units and hostels to mid-level and senior management units complete with ablutions and all required amenities.

W e also have a library o f standard designs which can be manufactured and assembled within very tight lead times.

Modubuild

Modubuild structures are in themselves known to be larger “build on site” projects

like dining halls, large clinics, kitchens, workshops and modern halls.

They usually have roo f spans exceeding 10m and thus lend themselves to a portal

frame steel structure.

Fully insulated they can be finished with drop ceilings, ceramic tile floors or
