Joe tells HollywoodLife.com that he “is pressing charges,” against Ariana Grande and that he spoke to an attorney on July 13 who told him that he definitely has a case against the singer. He claims he doesn’t know why other outlets are reporting that he is not going forward with getting justice for Ariana tampering with his food.
