Ariana Grande could be in some serious legal trouble! The owner of Wolfee Donuts, Joe Marin, is not letting the singer get away with licking several of his doughnuts and putting them back for other customers to eat on July 4, so he tells HollywoodLife.com that he’s decided to file charges against the 22-year-old.

Joe tells HollywoodLife.com that he “is pressing charges,” against Ariana Grande and that he spoke to an attorney on July 13 who told him that he definitely has a case against the singer. He claims he doesn’t know why other outlets are reporting that he is not going forward with getting justice for Ariana tampering with his food. When we reached out to the Lake Elsinore Police Department they referred us to their statement from July 13: “The owner of Wolfee donuts declined to press charges against Ms. Grande and this incident was documented to assist the Department of Environmental Health only.
