Extension of the hotel premises by construction of 20 additional rooms. Architectural and seismic retrofit.

Duties: Leading all functions of construction project management including planning, designing, processing,

specs-approvals, managing staff, supervising sub-contractors, budgeting, scheduling, progress reporting and timely

completion of projects, including start-up.

2006 - 2010 Reconversion of the historical building into a hotel. Construction of 18 suites, 1 restaurant, 1 wellness

center. Preservation of a portion of the structure of high historical value, and of archeological findings dating toe

the Roman are that had emerged during the intervention, which slowed down the advancement due to Art

Department assessment and authorizations.

2004 - 2006 Historical hotel of the second half of the 18th century. Renovation of 19 rooms and common areas.

Modernization, implementation of the security system, and hotel automation. The hotel remained operative

throughout the whole duration of the intervention.

Preservation and Restoration of the 3rd and 4th floors of this 17th century historical building. For the particular nature

of the intervention, the artistic value of the external and internal parts of the building, the constraints of the special

regulation of the Art Department, the work had to be carried out in small advancements.

approvals, managing staff, supervising sub-contractors, budgeting, scheduling, progress reporting and timely

completion of projects.

1984 - 1990 Relais San Clemente 4-star Hotel - Perugia - Italy - www.relais.it

Reconversion of a historical building of the 11th century into a hotel, including partial demolition in compliance

of Art Department regulation. Construction of 64 rooms, 1 restaurant, 2 swimming pools, 2 five-a-side football fields, 1

tennis/green volley field, 1 convention center, 6 conference halls, 1 wellness center, and a private park. Hotel

automation, static and seismic retrofit.

infrastructural requirements for the B-series championship from 2013 to 2014;

- 2013 Stadio Comunale "S. Cabassi" - Carpi (Modena) - Preliminary, final, executive design and site supervision to upgrade it to

standard infrastructural requirements for the B-series championship from 2013 to 2014;

- 2013 Municipal Stadium "Nereo Rocco" - Trieste - Preliminary, final, executive design and site supervision to adapt it for the A-

series italian competitions and Europa League competitions;

- 2012 Stadio Friuli - Udine - "Contribution of surface rights for the management of the Stadio Friuli and for the restructuring of

the facility to 'Stadium for soccer'." Preliminary, final and executive design for the restructuring of the stadium.

Construction supervision of: Work allotment I - rebuilding of the playing field; Work allotment II - renovation of the locker

room level with additional services; Work allotment III - project for the implementation of the transitional phase during

the restructuration of the stadium;
