Owner/Broker Jeff Raines has been in sales for 25 years, and has been in Statesboro, Georgia since 1990. He joined Coldwell Banker in 2005. His knowledge of the real estate market is not limited to Bulloch County as he represents properties in seven southeast Georgia counties. In 2006, Jeff sensed that the real estate market would soon be changing. In February, he founded Low Country Auction & Real Estate and CyberBidNow.com. His goal was to offer full-service real estate marketing to serve both sellers and buyers. His company offers many marketing choices for the seller – from conventional to accelerated sales and complete auction marketing plans. The auction business started off successfully taking 11 properties to auction in 2006 with a 75% sale ratio. In 2007, the business expanded to include estate sales, business liquidations and equipment sales. In 2009, the company went live with their online bidding platform and site, CyberBidNow.com, and experienced firsthand the strength of online marketing, with their family of websites achieving over 4.9 million page views per week.

disposing of items that we deem unsellable we then individually price virtually every

item in the home. We staff the sale, we use cash registers and take credit cards. We are

Estate knows what sells, what's hot and what's not. Then you need to call us

as soon as possible, our schedule can fill up quickly and sales can take

anywhere from one to three weeks to set up. We need electricity and

running water through the sale. You must make sure that you

have the legal right to sell the items in question. At the end of

the sale we can make sure that the house is broom clean and

ready for its next stage...marketing and real estate...ask us how to
