High-risk applicants are potential employees who presents a risk of potential harm and/or liability based on the information in their pre-employment background check report.

•CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT – Applicants who are seeking jobs with budgetary, financial and monetary responsibilities should review their credit report to look for errors and inconsistencies prior to an employer initiating a credit check.

•EXPLANATION TO CRIMINAL RECORDS– Applicants need to be prepared to explain to an employer the circumstances which led to the conviction(s). •REHABILITATION – It is important that applicants show employers positive behavior they have exhibited since the conviction(s) i.e., completion of drug/alcohol program, dui classes, debt management, enrolled in school, etc.,
