Ethics are actually the unwritten keys to success. Yes the transparency and good practices are open to people to the

customers, clients and sponsors everybody. An honest professional need to work hard focused to his goals in order to

attain and retain reliable position in market. I think all successful people have ethics associated with them. All role models

somewhere have some ethical stories behind their success and true beings. Smart use of your inefficiency with trying to

do less harm to others can take you to heights.

Ethics helps us to do the things right so that it can be beneficial to society as well as own self, but when we talk ethics in

business it is very wrong to say that its only pretense actually it depends from owner to owner for example some

company gives importance to deliver the same as they promise ie quality product but at a same time other companies

doing cheating by adulteration in product and pretends that they are doing business ethically so it is not like that, that

ethics are always ignored by the profit it depends.

Ethics are the fundamental which shows the way in the form of mission and vision. Ethics are the back-end to the run

the business. But ethics will not be pretence, the traditions will always help ful to succeed so they pushed the business

    toward improvement an dsociety.

Ethics are something which helps us in getting our objectives without harming any body else in society, because we can

not prosper at the cost of others. Ethics serve as the basis for sustainable development.

Ethics basically are the unwritten rules of conduct in any walk of like.it really depends upon what philosophy your

organisation believes in. for ex. tata group is always been associated with doing the things ethically, whereas what

Satyam did was completely unethical. and I truly believe the true way to succed in business is to do the things ethically.

Frankly speaking ethics varies from person, institutes, companies etc. Thus no one can have same view on ethics. I

personally believe its in the eyes of oneself as how they perceive it. It is not actually a business pretending its their duty

toward the society where they are benefiting. Many companies have set examples by providing their best to the society. They should have good people practices and transparency in their dealings. No company is isolated from the outside world

they are using the resources and thoughts they are specially bounded to give the returns.

Ethics are actually not meant to be but they are very subtly and efficiently put to business pretence in all social spheres

to make better use of the meek. Be it political, be it social or be it corporal, ethics are quite wrongly made use of to

deviate people from freedom of thought evaluation and exercising them on free will.
