The Ardyss Health Plan Program

The Ardyss Health Plan Program is designed for Ardyss distr ibutors and families only. They will take advantage of the preferential rate of our health program or get a par tial or total assistance in the payment by qualifying for it.

Tier 1: Pay-As-You-Go Healthcare Network *

Free to $24.95 per month.

Save 20% to 40% on medical and dental care and 40% to 60% on drugs and lab ser vices.

Tier 2: Limited Benefits Healthcare PPO *

$99 to $799 per month. As low as $229 per family.

This is limited benefit hospital insurance.

Tier 3: Major Medical, Pre-Qualified PPO *

$800+ per month. Affordable health insurance for individuals and families.

If you currently have any of the Ranks listed below you will need to meet the following group volumes, other-wise you will not receive any assistance. Remember, you can apply without meeting the qualifications and getting the preferable rate if you choose to do so.

Step 1: Determine your Eligibility

and you will have 3 different options to choose from. Research them and call the appropriate toll-free number of any of our par tnering companies.

Step 3: Apply for the Plan

“Enroll” and fill out the application.

Step 4: Qualify for Payment Assistance

qualified for Ardyss payment assistance and will attach that amount to your monthly commission payment.
