• As an Ardyss Distributor, we can introduce the idea of using our Reshaping Garments before the body has gained excessive weight or gotten out of shape. Our garments could prevent a whole host of problems, if introduced early in life. The Angel Bra, for example, could establish healthy posture at the introduction to adolescence. During pregnancy, after childbirth, it could be an enormous aid to comfort, alignment and support. During middle age it could provide a continually attractive shape and posture by protecting and positioning the breasts in their proper place.

Measuring the Angel Bra

• Measuring the Angel Bra is different than other bras. Because of the detailed engineering of the bra, proper fit is essential.

• Two measurements taken for the Angel Bra: the thorax and the bust. Have your Measuring Kit and Measuring Chart and long measuring tape with you.

• Example: Bust measures 41 in. and the thorax measures 32inches. The difference is 9inches. So, the cup size is probably I (9th letter in alphabet).

Measuring the Thorax and Bust

• The person to be measured should be wearing a bra and standing with feet shoulder-width apart. Start by standing behind the person. Use a long measuring tape.

• Hold the beginning of the tape in your left hand. • Reach to the front of the person with both hands (wrists down). • Lift hands to find where breast begins. • Put left hand with tape where the breast begins. Hold the tape there with your left hand. • Take the rest of the tape in your right hand and bring it to the person’s waist in back. • Ask the person to hold the tape in the breast center. • Bring tape down to the waist in the center of the back tightly. • To measure the bust, stand in front of the person and bring the tape around from the

back (to the front). The tape should cross over the nipples. It should be a snug tape but not as tight as when measuring the thorax.

Making the Person Comfortable During the Measurement Process

• A professional, formal demeanor makes a person more comfortable during the measurement process.

• Always ask permission with each measurement. “May I take your bust measurement?” May I measure your thorax?”

• Never let your body touch the person you are measuring. Stand a foot or so away. • When you measure a person for an Angel Bra, it’s a good idea to get their hips and waist

measurement, as well. They may decide to order another garment from you. This way you’ll have all the measurements you need.
