The Good

Made from high-quality ingredients and no artificial sweeteners, one serving of this amazing ice cream is only 35-75 calories, is low in fat and moderate in carbohydrates, and has 3g of protein per serving. Talk about the perfect post-workout treat!

The Bad

The “cream” part of the ice cream is almost non-existent in some of the flavors… so if you’re looking for that savory feeling you get when eating a bite of bluebell ice cream, you won’t find that here. But that being said, if you do want to make it more creamy and less sorbet-like, just make it into a milkshake like I’ve instructed on the next slide!

• 1 cup Arctic Zero Creamy Ice Cream

• 1 Tbsp Lily’s dark chocolate chips

• 8 oz Coconut Water

• 1 scoop of protein powder

Put everything into a blender and mix!
