How to Archive Material Master Some Simple Steps

1. Create Archive FilesIn this example, we will be archiving Material Master which has been marked for deletion.

Transaction for Archive is SARA.

Click Write

Variant ZDEL_168B_FZ Anything that makes sense you should enter

1. Fill in Variant ZDEL_168B_FZ (something makes sense to you)2. Click Maintain

Select For All Selection Screens and click Continue

Click go back , and go back until you see the below screen.

1. Execute Delete Program

Last but not least, click DELETE

Click Archive Selection

1. Go to TCode SARA2. Find Archiving Object3. Click Write

Click Archive Directory
