WE ARECREATIVELY YOURSFounded in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1995, Alliance Consulting’s head office currently employes 10 Architects, Design-ers and Engineers engaged in a variety of projects located in Middle East, from high-end Residential to Cultural, Commercial and Hospi-tality clients. The office also serves as a base for the firm’s financial, technology and administrative support.

Our operations are streamlined by a considerable exchange of knowledge, personnel and resources with the Dubai office. Prin-cipals meet frequently on both coasts to explore opportunities to investigate spatial design and endeavour to provide innovative and fresh design solutions. As Principals and Designers divides their time equally between the two offices to maintain close and consis-tent interaction with every project from concept to completion.

We also undertake collaborative design projects with other design-ers and Engineers so as to provide our clients with more holistic designs and to enrich and invigorate our own design experiences.

Alliance provides economical structural systems, suitable for vari-ous project types with a philosophy to create a Structural Design that would complement the Architectural Design facilitating ease of construction.

Alliance provides a complete HVAC, MEP, Electrical and Fire Pro-tection Engineering designs for various project types,. By employing the most up-to-date engineering developments in these fields and utilizing stringent energy conserving methods, we are able to create a most comfortable interior and exterior building environment.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENTAlliance’s The Project & Construction Management Division follows best professional practices based upon recognized industry stan-dards of management delivery.

The division includes Registered and highly experienced Project and Construction Managers, Senior Cost Managers and Schedul-ers, Chartered QS’s, Civil and MEP Engineers, Architects and Land-scape Architects.

One of the unique advantages of hiring Alliance as the PM/CM is our ability to also conduct Design Peer Reviews through in-house capabilities from both our Design and Planning and Engineering Divisions.

LANDSCAPE DESIGNAlliance Landscape design team creates the vibrant, sustainable landscaped building environments and enduring places of beauty that transform our everyday lives. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIONSupervision of construction works by experienced professionals at Alliance includes rigorous monitoring of construction activities and enforcement of safety through suitably qualified and experienced site engineers from various disciplines.

Mohammed Azzouni, after several years of practicing Architecture at various Architecture offices in The King-dom of Saudi Arabia, founded his own practice in 1995.

As a Principal designer in Alliance, Mohammed Azzouni believes well designed, functional, and astute architecture can act as a powerful catalyst of change, inspiration, and growth.

Mohammed Azzouni, in his past, has played various Managerial roles for “A” class construction companies, property development groups and also played vital role in restructuring organizations and developed new strategies for market repositioning and penetration.

Mohammed Azzouni received a Bachelor degree in Archi-tecture from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 1988.

Mohammed Azzouni is also responsible for the external outreach, press and communications of the firm.

Abubakr Hejazi, holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from UPM. Since then, developed experience in Devel-opment and Business Management and currently heads the Middle East Operations covering ME, India, and Near Asia Regions. Handling a variety of large-scale project de-velopments in the region. Worked in various positions in property development and design in the GCC and US, was involved in various complex development projects including retail and waterfront development projects. Also worked as Advisor to the Royal Commission in Saudi Ara-bia on new development master plans and designs.

Experience include development management, design, and project management for such major regional devel-opers as Nakheel, Dubai Holding, Dubai Properties, Sama Dubai, Sports City, Al Dar Properties, etc as well as inter-national retailers as Crate & Barrel, Warner Brothers, Mark Shale, Peugeot, Austin Reed, etc.

Abubakr Hejazi is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects and regional Professional commit-tees / Associations.

Mohamed Saleem, is a Project Manager with over 21 years of experience in construction supervision and proj-ect management for various types of projects. Since joining Alliance in 2010, Mohamed Saleem has been the Project Manager for Hospitality projects that balances the desire for a contemporary design with sensitivity toward the adjacent historic structures, as well as high-end Hotel and Residential projects.

Prior to joining Alliance, Mohamed Saleem worked as a Planning Engineer and Cost Control Manager for Zuhair Fayez Partnership, Sait Group For Construction and De-velopment and gathered experience in notable projects like Prince Mohamed bin Abdullah palace, Diyar jeddah and a Project Manager for King Abdul Aziz University, Few High Schools in Najran, Alqadi Hospital, New jeddah sewage treatment plant worth 300 millions SR.

Mohamed Saleem received his degree in Civil Engineering from Alazhar University in 1990.

Mamdouh Abdul Warith, joined Alliance in 2010 as Project Architect and brings 27 years of international experience to the practice. As a Project Architect, Mamdouh Abdul Warith works closely with Principal designers to oversee the firm’s internal design in the creation, production, and co-ordination of contractors and consultants in all design works.

Prior to joining Alliancee, Mamdouh Abdul Warith gained experience working for few Construction and Contract-ing companies in the region as Design and Construction supervisior for Residential, Institutional, Hospitality and Retail projects.

Mamdouh Abdul Warith was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Helwan University in 1984.

Hussam Al Sharabi, is a Project Electrical Engineer with over 23 years of experience and is responsible for the general oversight of many projects within the office for significant Hospitality and Residential projects.

Prior to joining Alliance, Hussam Al Sharabi was a Lead Design Engineer for MTMM Engineering consultancy and a Senior Electrical Engineer for Alia Electro-Mechanical where he gained significant experience in Electrical Engi-neering for Institutional, Hospital, Commercial and large-scale new build projects in Saudi Arabia.

Hussam Al Sharabi was awarded a High Diploma in Elec-trical Network Engineering in 1989 and received a Bach-elor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syria Aleppo University in 1987.

Since joining Alliance in 2010, Mohamed Younis has been the Project Engineer for projects that balances the desire for a contemporary design with sensitivity toward the adjacent historic struc-tures, as well as Residential, Infrastructure and Hospitality projects.

Prior to joining Alliance, Mohamed Younis worked as a Project Engineer for projects which are in the Egypt and managing several residential projects in KSA.

Azadeh Zaferani, has joined Alliance since 2010, contrib-uting in some way to nearly every project since then. Dur-ing her tenure she has served as the Project Architect for the King Fahd Airport Hotel and other Retail Projects.

Prior to joining Alliance, Azadeh Zaferani has gained 9 years of international experience as Lead Designer for multinational companies like NORR, TVS, Shirdel Part-ners.
