This two hour session run by deaf access is tailored for people who are hard of hearing or deaf

on the possibilities for assistance and the importance of pre-planning.

You will be given NDIS information and an Mpower Pre Planning Booklet to take home.

2018 Computer Classes—Monday through to Friday. Monday through Friday general classes are run on a daily basis, at different times, where you can learn

how to use your computer in a small friendly class run by our local volunteer experts. Sessions run for

an hour and a fee of $5.00 per session applies. See the timetable on page three of this newsletter for

session times. Classes will resume on Monday the 5th of February 2018

Mondays, David Stennett is experienced in Windows Operating Systems – so come along and learn

more about Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 along with any general computer software or programs. David can

also assist with use of Android tablets, Surface tablets, Incredimail and internet usage.

Tuesdays, Sandra Pearce can assist those wanting to learn more about how their tablet works, along

with any general computer software or programs advice. Sandra can also assist with Music, Photos and Videos and Apple

MACintosh operating systems.

Wednesdays, David Pearson will be returning Wednesday the 18th of March 2018 to resume his Wednesday classes. David’s

expertise is in Window’s 7 & 8.1, along with Microsoft Word.

Thursdays & Fridays, Colin Wake is experienced with Microsoft Office programs & can assist with any Word, Power Point or

basic Excel applications, along with any general computer software or programs or questions. Colin can assist with internet

searching and E-mail queries.

Pulse Lite Pulse Lite is a gentle physical activity program suitable for people of all shapes and sizes. Whether you are new to exercise or returning

after illness or injury, Pulse Lite allows you to work at your own pace in a friendly, supportive and safe environment.

Pulse Lite is run by exercise professionals trained in delivering low to moderate intensity physical activity programs for people starting

physical activity or returning after not being active for a while. MONDAY at 12:45 pm WEDNESDAY at 1:30pm

Strength Training Some of the benefits of participating in strength training

classes include heavier bone density, improved balance and

increased total strength, all of which help to improve your

End of Life Preparations Workshop Over the course of two hours learn about advanced care planning,

“Find your Class Assessment” is an assessment session

designed for anyone new to exercise at Archie Graham.

Our exercise classes are suited to adults with a broad range of

fitness levels and exercise experience, including those with pre-existing health / medical

Archie Graham Hydropool The Hydropool at Archie Graham is a beautiful 34 degrees all year around. The physical benefits of
