Q1. How do you describe your association with Archidply? What has been your experience?

I am Associated with Archidply Industries Limited, Mumbai since 18th October 2004.It has been quite a lucrative experience to be associated with such a class of management in the industry. The hard work here is always recognized and is appreciated by the management. Such a kind of experience and work environment will always be cherished for the entire life.

Q2. What are your career highlights?

I joined the company as a Senior Accountant in 2004.The management recognized my potential and hard work and was entrusted with the duties and responsibilities as a Dy. Manager Accounts, Mumbai including handling of other areas such as logistics etc. in 2010.

Q3. What are the successes achieved in your career?

Being worked in the organization for almost 9 years starting my journey as a Senior Accountant to Dy. Manager Accounts was a great experience and has handled various other functions such as handling logistics, coordination with dealers, settling disputes with dealers within the organization. Such a kind of exposure always helps to generate interest in the work and all the credit goes to the people at management levels for showing their faith and allowing to excel in each and every aspect of the work. Also working with the organization having such a people of experience and repute in the industry on the board of the company is itself a success and achievement.

Q4. Reason for your success?

I always believe that there is no substitute for hard work and honesty is always rewarded. Apart from this I would also like to share my success with the top management in the organization. It was because of their support and appreciation; and not to forget my colleagues at Mumbai Office they have stand with me and had always supported me in the decisions I took during my service.

Q5. Advice to your colleagues in marketing & sales?

I am not a right person to comment on this question being from the field of accountancy but even though going with my experience in the industry and my association with the organization I think the sales team is competent enough and understand their duties & responsibilities very well and the same is also being reflected in the growth in the top line of the company year to year. Having said that there is always a room for improvement and working in such a challenging and dynamic environment one needs to be aggressive and the same should be backed by caution.

Q6. What are your leisure activities / hobbies that keep you afresh?

Watching TV and being with my family during leisure keeps me afresh.

I have associated with Archidply since February’2004. This is my very first assignment in my professional career. I have completed 9 years of wonderful journey in Archidply. The management of the company always encourages the talents & skill of every person who are associated with the company. These 9 years have enhanced my knowledge as I have come across many learned people of the organization. This is the company where I got self satisfaction, appraisals for my dedication to work and a platform to update my knowledge with modern trends.

2. What are your career highlights?

I joined in Archidply in 2004 as an Asst. Accountant. In these years I have been promoted to Dy. Accounts Manager, I have been recognized by the management now.

3. What are the successes achieved in your career?

From Asst. Accountant to Dy. Accounts Manager the journey was full of great exposure and recognition. I feel very lucky to be associated with this organization.

4. Reason for your success?

My Success mantra is : Sincere towards the assignment given to me from time to time. Ownership in resolving the issues. I strongly believe in hard work and loyalty towards company.

5. Advice to your colleagues in marketing & sales?

First of all I would thank Sales team to achieve mile stones for the company. I would suggest working hard and taking ownership to resolve the issues. The sales teams are face of the company as they are representing company in the market so they should take their task aggressively but with politeness. The company is known by the performance and activities of the employees.

6. What are your leisure activities / hobbies that keep you afresh?

To help in studios / Listening old songs.

INTERZUM EXHIBITION, GERMANY

Archidply group took the opportunity to showcase its complete range of products and decorative laminates at the Interzum Exhibition held at Germany from 13th May to 16th May 2013 and received an enormous response from overseas customers both resellers and institutional buyers.

Mr. Rajiv Daga, our JMD and Mr. Viresh Vyas – Asst. Zonal Head of Central Zone represented the group on this juncture. Around 50,000 people visited the exhibition from the various sectors such as furniture, business services, construction and real estate, textiles, packaging & printing etc.

Mr. Rajiv Daga, our JMD while speaking of the occasion said “It is good to know that our products are being highly appreciated not only in India but in overseas market as well and we intend to explore and capitalize on our strengths to widen our horizons and client base internationally. We are committed to incorporate the world’s latest technology and state-of-the-art machinery to achieve our goals while continuing our policy for innovation by producing exclusive designs and luxurious textures to create a varied premium product range to enhance our customer satisfaction”

Archidply Industries Ltd, held a meet of 50 channel partner at Tivoli Garden Resort Hotel, New Delhi on the 4th May 2013.

The Archidply group with its consistent policy of innovation over the last 35 years is one of India’s leading and fastest growing manufacturing company. Adding to its list of ‘firsts’ the company also took the opportunity to unveil the much awaited, exclusive range of decorative laminates at the Delhi Dealer meet. This new range of laminates is inspired by the fusion between the romantic bygone era and the contemporary modern times.

Speaking on the unveiling of this enticing range of decorative laminates, Mr. Rakesh Gulati, Regional Manager of Archidply said “The most important characteristic of this range is that it gives an opportunity to the end user to recreate the opulence of the bygone era in his/her modern interior space”.

The rationale behind the launch of this was to bring in the international trend, provide a wide range of choices to the customers, and give them the best quality product.

ARCHIDPLY DOUBLES ITS LAMINATES PRODUCTION CAPACITYThe ‘Archidlam’ brands of products have been going through a surge of demand from across the country during the last few years. Taking into account the high demand and the group’s plans for exploring newer markets internationally, the group has invested in the expansion of Decorative Laminate division. The installation work is complete thereby doubling its decorative laminate capacity.

Mr. Rajiv Daga, Joint Managing Director of Archidply Industries Limited stated “The company has reinvested and increased the production capacity in the existing plant by optimizing resources and the utilization of all available infrastructure to meet the ever expanding demand as is evident from the growth of its sales in terms of quantity and value as well as to explore and expand our horizons both domestically and internationally”.

ARCHITECTS TOUR TO DUBAI & BANGKOK

In appreciation of its employees Archidply, Delhi branch recently organized a picnic trip to Jurassic Park at Sonepat . This picnic tour was held on 18th of May’13. The entire marketing and back office team participated in the event. Their fun filled day started from the morning when they all journeyed together to Jurassic Park from Kirti Nagar office.

They enjoyed every moment at the Jurassic Park with water dance, swimming and slides. Children were happy to see adults behaving like them and having fun. Everyone had lunch together at Jurassic Park, followed by games. It was a great day together for the Delhi branch.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Recently Mr. Jagdeep Aggarwal – Head, Central Zone had organized a Dubai tour for architects from Maharastra (Pune, Kolhapur, Latur, Nanaded, Nasik, Nagpur). It was a five days tour started from 13th April, 2013. This trip was organized to celebrate the contribution of 14 architects of the region. They all went to the various locations of Dubai such as Burj Al Arab hotel, in Jumeirah Beach, the white marble dome and minarets of Jumeirah Mosque. They also enjoyed fun filled water taxi ride across Dubai Creek. All the members were delighted to be a part of this trip and had a great fun together.

In the same spirit, Archidply’s MP branch of Central Zone also organized a tour of Bangkok from 12th to 16th April 2013 for its eminent architects and dealers. Everyone relished the relaxing holidays in style and looking forward to go again.
