Who am I ?

A Senior Architecture Engineer, involved in the diversified

activities encompassing design, design development,

preparing tender documents.

Involved in architecture design such as SADARA Project of

Saudi Aramco and Jubail University College ( JUC) of

Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu ( RCJY ) as well as

various Government & Private Sector Projects related to

Educational, industrial, Hotels, Administration and

Commercial Buildings.

• Conceptual & Detailed Design of a spine building with a total gross built-up area of 151,700m2; consisting of 6 floors + basement parking. The building serves different functions such as food court campus, Admin offices, central library, etc.

• The master planning objective for the male and female student accommodation is to make connections with the Academic and Library areas of the university. This will allow the students to have easy access to learning while creating a separation for independent living.

• Five Stars hotel (202 keys) consists of 6 floors +basement with built up area 51,000 m2 and 30 villa 380 m2. each. Work included site work and infrastructure with site area 101,700 m2.

• The SADARA project is world scale chemical project being constructed in Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia , It’s a Joint venture Project between [Saudi Aramco & Dow].

- The fully integrated complex is planned to consist of 26 manufacturing units, several of which constitute “mega projects” in themselves. Once complete, the J.V. [Saudi Aramco & Dow]. Complex will be one of the world’s largest ntegrated chemical facilities - Fluor Daniel & Foster Wheeler & Jacobs: These mega companies are responsible about Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM).

SAMPLE OF PROJECTS| The Pearl – Qatar • In Doha, Qatar, is an artificial

island spanning nearly four million square meters. It is the first land in Qatar to be available for freehold ownership by foreign nationals. As of January 2015, there are 12,000 residents.

• The Pearl will create over 32 kilometers of new coastline, for use as a residential estate with an expected 18,831 dwellings and 45,000 residents by 2018.
