Summertime SipsThis summer, relax and unwindby enjoying an Arnold Palmer,the refreshing beverage created

and loved by its legendarynamesake. According to the golf

great himself, he got the ideaone day at lunch to add

lemonade to his wife’s batch oficed tea, and he experimented

until he found the perfect ratio:2 parts iced tea to 1 partlemonade. Palmer begancarrying a thermos of the

concoction on courses andordering the mixed beverage inrestaurants, and the drink waseventually named after him.

Patriotic Sing-a-Longs, PoetryReadings, Parachute games andGarden Socials over sweet teaand great company are some

favorites. We enjoyed afun-filled outing in the HastingsRanch area where our Residents

enjoyed the beautiful sceneryand relaxing ride on the Fourthof July. Our chair exercises andbreathing exercises along with

using stretch bands and weightshelp us welcome the early

morning. We look forward to aneventful August filled with funactivities, crafts, laughter and
