• The 5,000 square foot Amenities Center will be located off the main lobby in ArborRidge II and available to all tenants.
• The Amenities Center is surrounded by two stories of full-height glass. • The Fitness Center will include elliptical and stationary bicycle machines, treadmills, weights and shower and locker rooms.
• The “Grab & Go” café will be open during normal business hours serving 300+ product items including a wide variety of fresh food options.
• The Café seating area can be converted into a private conference center accommodating up to 100 employees for training, company meetings or events. An elevated platform will serve as a prominent stage for various types of corporate events.
• The dedicated food-truck parking area will complement the “Grab & Go” café by allowing a rotation of the food-truck operators to offer their increasingly diverse fare. The food truck parking is directly proximate to the terraced outdoor seating area complete with a 10’ water feature. The outdoor tenant recreation area will be programmed with input from the tenants (early plans include a basketball court and putting green).
