including Children's Centres, Play, Youth, MALT CAMHS (Multi Agency Locality Teams, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service), Educational Psychology, Educational welfare, Disabled Children's Team and Youth Offending Team; all of which provide universal, targeted and specialist support for Children and Families.

2. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS (INCLUDING OUTCOMES OF CONSULTATION) 2.1 Developing sustainable play and youth provision that improves aspirations and

outcomes for children and young people must remain a priority. Family Community Team colleagues have a wealth of knowledge and skills in both play and youth delivery and are also able to support community provision. Citizens have highlighted areas where they would like to see more provision; this information has been gathered through session feedback, street work sessions and feedback from colleagues, Councillors and partners.

ensuring best use of limited resources, sustainable services and best outcomes for children and young people. Partnership working has enabled increased opportunities for service delivery.
