AACID Holding Company was founded in 2016,

by acquiring major shares in its oldest companies,

MICT (Morgan for Information Technology and

Communications) in 2010.

AACID Holding Company comprises of a number

of shareholders and investors in the Republic of the

Sudan and abroad, with a primarily view to invest on

the exchange of benefits between the States of the

region and facilitate and activation of economic

diversification between the Arab States and Africa on

one side and the Arab & Islamic funds on the other

side, through smart partnerships between the public

sector and the private sector in the areas of

Agriculture, Energy,Communication services and

Infrastructure.

AACID Current Domains of Interest (1 of2):

1. ICT

Several Regional projects were awarded to AACID Holding recently, including the following:

1. Niger Telecom BOT (Rehabilitation & Expansion of NT network- project Lifetime (7 years for GSM Network and 20 years for fiber).

2. Sotel Chad BOT – Agreement under negotiation.

3. MTN Rural Connectivity (RFP) – Deferred Capex Agreement for the Building and Operation of at least700sites in several African countries – Agreement lifetime 5 years renewable to 10

4. Other Sudan based projects with Zain & MTN companies.

2. Agriculture1. AACID has a license for a 10,000 acre land in Nile River State in Sudan

2. Several negotiations is now under way for a Partnership for the plantation of 66,000 acres land in Norther State

3. Currently a Model Farm is being planted by various crops in a 20 acre land

4. AACID has a registered Patent for a Solar Powered linear Central Irrigation system, for which a prototypeproduction project is in progress

1. Mining1. AACID is currently studying several opportunities in the field of Gold Mining in Sudan, including:

1. A 30 sq.km block in Bioda dessert (an area of high Gold reserves)

2. A 2 sq. km block in Haya (an existing operation that produces 2 Kg per week, and forecasts an increased production in case of a Joint Venture with AACID)

3. Several Negotiation for a Joint Venture Agreement with AACID by Worldwide ExplorationCompaniesfrom Australia, South Africa andIndia

2. Renewable Energy:1. AACID has now finalized a feasibility study for a 100 MW PV Panel Production Plant that will

be established in Free Zone- Sudan.

2. AACID has now finalized a Solar Powered Irrigation System with a Chinese Technology Partner for a major customer in Sudan

3. AACID is currently studying several opportunities for a Solar Plant in Niger & Chad.

1. AACID provides feasibility studies for valuable projects validated by global firms or

houses of expertise.

2. AACID ensures managing projects in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

3. AACID ensures the existence of a legal environment that is suitable for investors and

financiers.

4. AACID contracts specialized and experienced EPC’s to implement projects and to

provide consultancy.

5. AACID will issue Sukuk with the Ultimate Goal to create “virtual” bonds

(Cryptocurrency) that will gradually enforce its own credibility by being backed by Africa

2020 Assets and partially with Gold.

6. AACID shall start an IPO in coordination with a specialized Asset Management

Institute, after two years from start of Projects Execution.
