Discussion around club members paying entry fee to car show and through public gate, particularly around members who work at the show and those who don’t. Jenny Cow-ley outlined experience last year where some members entered for free, looked at show and left. Which is not in the spirit of the club. Barry moved a motion that all club members enter for free. Motion did not proceed.

ALL TORQUE November 2019
Congratulations to CCCC club members!!
The 2019 Cooroy Car Show was an absolutely awesome day. One of the entrants summed it up “was a great day with the sun shining and awesome people about. Thanks to all that put it on.”
The figures from the day are being collated and will be shared at the next Club Meeting on 4th October.
Out of interest …… here is a picture taken at the 2012 trophy presentation. Very different to 2019! From memory there were about 50 – 60 entrants and not many more through the public gate. How the show has grown and evolved into a popular event on the car show calendar in just a few years.
Thanks again to anyone who contributed in any way to make the day such as success.
Here’s a few more pictures from the car show.

Jackson is a young supercar enthusiast who knows a whole lot about his special interest. His favourite is a Bu-gatti Chiron. Jackson has seen most supercars up close, but the Bugatti had eluded him – until the 2019 Cooroy Car Show! According to his Grandparents who took him to the show, Jackson’s reaction was priceless. He couldn’t believe his eyes – a Bugatti in Cooroy!! The young enthu-siast was “speechless” to get so close - but was still talk-ing about it hours later! The Bugatti was definitely Jack-son’s vote for People’s Choice.
Thanks to Jackson’s Mum for her kind approval to share Jackson’s story.
