Set atop one of London’s iconic buildings, the former Dickins & Jones department store on Regent St, aqua london comprises two stunning restaurants: one Spanish (aqua nueva) offering a creative Northern Spanish menu, (aqua kyoto) which boasts the very latest in contemporary Japanese cuisine with a look and feel that is straight out of the Ginza district, and finally (aqua spirit) a stunning cocktail bar, recently voted ‘London Bar of the Year’ in the London Lifestyle awards 2010.

In addition, aqua london has 3 stylish outside roof terraces equipped with two bars providing fantastic views over central London and a site wide standing capacity for 800 guests.

The circular aqua spirit bar is the first feature to greet you when entering aqua. The bar is a cohesive centre of Japanese glamour surrounded by a halo of hand-crafted charcoal and features booth-style seating with backdrops of Japanese kimono silk.

Offering an exquisite list of cocktails, aqua spirit is the perfect place to start, finish or indeed spend your entire evening.

aqua kyoto breathes Japanese cool, through authentic cuisine and inspiring decor. At the heart of the restaurant is a spectacular sumibiyaki charcoal grill and sunken sushi bar, bringing the Japanese dining experience to life.

Offering a very modern take on the traditional cuisine of northern Spain, aqua nueva is overseen by acclaimed chef Alberto Hernandez. Alberto trained under the legendary Ferran Adria at what is widely considered to be the world’s finest restaurant; the three Michelin starred El Bulli in Catalonia.

aqua nueva’s light & airy space is filled with creamy yellows and pale woods, creating a feeling of warmth. The walls are decorated with magnificently carved oak wood tiles that evoke the traditional porcelain tiles of Spain and from the ceiling hang 15,000 hand crafted wooden beads, akin to chandelier crystals.

aqua nueva, combining pioneering Spanish cuisine with an ultra stylish interior, has recently been voted in the top 3 restaurants of the year in the ‘London Lifestyle awards’.

When hired exclusively aqua nueva can accommo-date 400 guests standing or 140 guests seated.

Exclusive hire includes use of a large tapas bar, two cocktail bars, two private roof terraces and a state of the art sound system.

For up to 150 guests standing or 90 guests seated, a smaller semi-private area is available to hire.

When hired privately, this area offers exclusive access to a large roof terrace with outdoor cocktail bar, stunning city views, sofas, heaters and lighting.

For smaller groups, aqua nueva offers a second semi-private area that can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests standing or 35 guests seated.

This secluded area offers the perfect environment for relaxed dinners or receptions and includes use of a private roof terrace offering unrivalled views across London’s West end, to the city and beyond.
