Annual Quality Assurance Report 2009-2010
Part – A
The plan of action chalked out by the IQAC in the beginning of the
year towards quality enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of
the year.
The plan of action for the academic year 2009-10 was discussed during
the joint meeting held on 01-07-2009. Different issues were critically examined.
Quality circles and impact creating aspects were identified. The members of
IQAC approved the action plans. Following are the action plans to fulfill the
requirements of 21 departments 703 students 52 teaching faculty and 32 non -
teaching members and the outcome achieved during the period 01-07-2009 to
15-05-20010
. INFRASTRUCTURAL PLANS
1) Proposal submitted to U.G.C. for the construction of Golden Jubilee memorial Library building. An amount of 25 lakes sanctioned for the construction work.
2) Preparation for the conduct of Golden Jubilee celebration in the Institution. Identification and establishing contact with the aluminis of the college.
3) Maintenance and development of campus interior Garden. The development process of indoor garden commenced with an
estimation of Rs. 1,25,000-00 in association with “Sasya” Sirsi. Dr. N.D Bhat Horticulture expert provided the technical support.
4) Addition of rare species to the Medicinal Garden. “Raktachandana” “White Cocum” “Ekanayak” and such other rare
species added to the medicinal Garden.5) To fill-up the vacancies in the institution.
Proposals submitted to the Directorate of Collegiate Education and vacancies in the department of Chemistry, Physics and Department of History were filled in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
6) Greater use of technology

Installation of C.C.T.V. for observation and record, with a dozen cameras at strategic points in the campus.
Biometric attendance system introduced to the teaching and non- teaching staff. I.C.T. (Information communication Technology) facilities to students and the staff increased by purchasing additional computers in the computer department.
Copying machine installed in the college office and also in the library continued to serve the needs of the learners and the teachers.
7) To take initiatives in and around the campus in order to create awareness about human rights. It is resolved to identify human rights education as the focus point
activity of the department of Political Science. The department has designed the curriculum to create awareness about human rights within and outside the campus.
8) Focusing on Research activities : 13 research projects submitted to U.G.C. out of which 10 projects
sanctioned with a financial assistance of Rs 12,50,000. Different departments are involved in the minor research projects.
The department of Chemistry in collaboration with I.I Sc. Bangalore continues soil testing water analysis and related research activities. The department of Geography has taken initiative to establish climate monitoring centre with the help of “Earthwatch England” climate champions.
9) Arranging Campus interviews : The arrangement is made for the orientation of final year students in
respect of soft skills. The facilities contribute to enhance employability of learners during the course of their teaching in the classroom. Bio-data of eligible candidates supplied to employers through some H.R. consultancies to facilitate employment.
10) Renovation of the front portion of the old building. The front portion of the old building is renovated with an expenditure
of Rs.4,40,000/- Water proof roofing is arranged in the first floor of the front portion with an expenditure of Rs.2,50,000/-
11) Up gradation of laboratories and lab equipments. Initiatives have been taken for the development of laboratories of the
institution. A proposal is submitted to U.G.C. to purchase lab equipments worth Rs.20,0000. Minor equipments worth Rs.3,00,000 purchased during the year to meet the requirements of Dept. of Physics. Chemistry, Zoology and Bio-tech.
12) Development of garden in the hostel.

Plantation of saplings during the rainy season continued and has become of regular feature of the college. Shading trees, ornamental plants growth is planned in the campus including students hostel.
13) To extend educational diversities. A proposal is submitted to Govt. of Karnataka to establish Bio-tech
finishing school in collaboration with an industry. Diploma in Tourism and Diploma in Classical dance continued with improvements.
14) To arrange teacher development programmes. The Department of Physical education arranged an orientation
programme for teachers and students of the college. This was aimed at showing an easy way to attain peace in the midst of all types of day –today worldly problems. This was organized with the co-ordination of “Shri Ramachandra Mission”.
With the guidance of Dr. Venkatraman Hegde of Nisarga Trust a seven day yoga camp was conducted successfully for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.
15) Initiatives to develop departmental libraries. Department of Chemistry, Bio-tech, Geography and physical education
took initiative to develop departmental libraries.16) To extend inter –com facilities to the departments.
Inter-com facility is extended to 22 departments with on expenditure of Rs 70,000.
17) To set up Archeological museum at the campus. Archeological museum is set up in the dept of History for the use of
learners of social science with an investment of Rs.75,000.18) To replace the old flooring of corridors of the college.
The flooring of the old building corridors replaced by new non-slippery tiles with an expenditure of Rs.3,50,000.
2) ACADEMIC PLANS
1) To induct the beginners to the institution. * Induction programme arranged for beginners in order to acquaint them
with the different learning facilities available at the institution and also to motivate them to involve in different cultural and sports activities.
2) To explore the possibilities of educational diversification in the institution.
* A proposal for setting up a Bio-tech finishing school is prepared and submitted to government of Karnataka. The learners of Life Science are

given better opportunities by establishing Endangered Plants Production and Development Centre (EP.P.D.C). Nature Awareness Learning Centre (N.A.L.C.) set up in the medicinal plant garden including Bio Processing Training Centre (B.P.T.C.) and a Green House for development of tissue culture in the campus.
3) Determining focus point of activities of departments.* Continuation of innovative education process by organizing focus point of
activities for 26 departments. (See Annexure – A—I )4) Furtherance of tie - up with agencies to undertake research and
extension activities.* Climate monitoring centre project proposed and sanctioned by H.S.B.C.
(Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation).It is attached to the department of Geography of our college.To promote research activities in the college small projects like soil testing water analyses undertaken by the chemistry department with the involvement of learners. Students are involved in preparing small projects and surveys.
5) Continuation of Reach out programs.* The members of the faculty continued to visit junior colleges delivered
lectures for the procurement of quality input in to the institution.6) Organizing lectures by learned personalities.* Science forum of the college arranged a lecture on the topic H1, N1 by Dr.
Venkatraman Hegde.Biotechnology and Biology department organized one days work shop on ANIMAL CLONNING. Dr. Guruprasad Associate professor of Kasturaba Medical College, Manipal delivered the lecture.
7) Wider publicity and orientation about vision and mission of the college.
* Multi point display of vision and mission is arranged. The same is printed in the college prospectus. Orientation is given by the faculty to the learners.
8) To establish and develop Information Communication Technology Centre (I.C.T.) in the college.
* In addition to the internet facilities in the computer department and in the administrative office. An I.C.T. Centre is opened in the library with an investment of 1 lakh.
9) Promotion and motivation for science education.* Divisional level science exhibition is organized in the college for two days
in which more than 300 student participants got inspiration in the field of science education.

10) Identification and encouragement to the advance learners.* Teaching departments were asked to identify advance learners and
motivate them by giving additional reference books, suggested special readings with extra- care.
11) To make additions of worthy books to the library* For the current academic year books worth Rs. 4,54,032-00 were
purchased and added to the library . These books include quality reference books on different branches of knowledge.
12) To organize talent search day.* It is organized by the Arts Circle of the college to search special talents
like fine art, music and dance.13) Continuation of language skill development programmes.* Faculty members, specially trained in Infosys under Global skill
enhancement programme trained the students in communication skills and computer knowledge. The department of English conducted spoken English training for the learners.
14) Enhancement of activities of Researchers’ Forum.* Learned personalities are invited to deliver lectures on various branches of
research opportunities and funding agencies.15) Send up programme for outgoing students.* Out going students were bid a warm fare –well which would make them to
keep in touch with the institution even after the completion of their degree course.
3) OTHER PLANS

1) To conduct state level conference on Natural Heritage of Coastal Karnataka.
* Department of history has taken initiative to organize a state level seminar on Natural Heritage of Coastal Karnataka on 1st October 2009. A souvenir by name NISARGA NIDHI is also published. ( For details see Annexure –II )2) To develop indoor garden along with trees with utilitarian value.* With a view to contribute to the enrichment of educational environment in the campus indoor garden development is implanted with an expenditure of Rs 1,25,000, lawns flowers greeneries added to the attraction.3) Development of archeological museum: * As a part of improvement of social science branch in the college, an additional Archeological museum is established in the department of history. Rare statues sculptures monuments and scripts collected and preserved with an expenditure of Rs 75,000.4) To improvise the furniture in the ladies common room.* Fourteen steel sofa cum bed sets purchased for the use of ladies common-room with an expenditure of Rs 80,000 .5) Strengthening of career guidance and placement cell.* To strengthen the placement cell of the college an additional career guidance officer and a skill development team is being constituted in the college.

Q 1. Activities reflecting the goals and objectives of the institution.
* The institution has continued its honest efforts to accomplish the
objectives as conveyed in the prospectus distributed for the learners about
academic and non academic activities spread throughout the year. Human
Resource development with focus on knowledge procurement, skill
development, leadership training, social awareness, national integration
and development of sportsman spirit are the guiding factors behind
the design of activities of the year. The number and nature of activities
directly or indirectly reflect the vision and growing prospects. The
activities clearly indicate that the efficient teaching and non-teaching
team is making its honest effort to prove that the out put of the institution
fit for job and fit for life at the exit point.

deserving students denying none from the opportunity to learn.
* Counseling with parents and students at the time of admissions.
* Induct the freshers with a warm well-come, acquainting the opportunities
and facilities available at the institution.
* Training sport persons, selections and encouraging to participate at the
university and inter- university level competition.
* Involvement of students in community service.
* Conducting skill and personality development activities.
* To invite private companies for campus interviews.
* Motivating the students to take part in music, art and dance.
* Students’ association with social service organization.
* Conducting free and fair college elections in healthy atmosphere.
* Inculcating patriotism with the celebrations of National festivals.
* Providing comfortable accommodation for girls in Hostels.
* Promoting the activities of Union and Gymkhana.

Q.2. New academic programmes initiated:
Institution has taken the initiative for the establishment of Bio-tec
Finishing School to orient the graduates so as to make them ready to
work in industries
The College has established Information Communication Center ( I.C.T )
at the library with continuous internet connectivity available to learners
and the staff.
The Botany department has created a Nature Awareness Learning Center
In the Medicinal Plant garden for use of students of life- science.
Q.3. Innovation in curricular design and transaction:
As a step towards making the university education more relevant to the
present needs, the newly framed university semester syllabus has
incorporated the much needed concepts like Indian Constitution,

Personality development, communicative skill, environmental studies
Human Right lessions, computer Application etc.
Faculty members participated and contributed new ideas while designing
university syllabus.
Q.4. Inter-disciplinary programmes started.
With the attempt of generating employability. “The Global
Enhancement” training was conducted for final year degree students. Two
teachers specially trained by INFOSYS Mysore trained the students in
English language enhancement and analytical skills.
Motivated the students to prepare project reports on current issues like
“Terrorism” “H1 N1” and “Global Warming” etc.
With the intention of developing scientific temper, students were guided
to make a study on recent scientific developments like ‘Life on Mars’,
‘Water on moon’, “Bio-diversity” and prepare reports.
To develop research attitude and also to enhance the skill of students to
interact with the Govt. officers, Doctors and other officials, taking
interviews and collecting information, different field studies were under
taken.

Q.5. Examination reforms implemented:9
The implementation of semester system at the graduation level intensified
the process of students’ performance evaluation. Examination for every
six months made the learning activity more rigorous and intensified. The
introduction of internal assessment scheme made the students to involve
seriously on seminars, project work, assignments and discussions. Two
tests between each semester made the evaluation of students, performance
more accurate. Question papers for the tests are set in the model of
semester examination. Answer scripts timely assessed and given back to
the students to acknowledge them about their performance. The result
sheets of internal marks circulated among the students.

Q.7 Initiatives towards faculty development programme:
To gear up research activity and also to motivate the faculty members to
involve in research activities ‘Researchers Forum’ has been established.
Meetings conducted in regular intervals to monitor the activities and to
discuss the progress. Faculty member availed ample opportunities for
their development and took successful steps towards self betterment by
way of research projects, contributing articles, presenting seminar papers,
attending seminars and workshops, delivering lectures, publishing books
and taking various responsibilities.

Q.11. New collaborative research programmes :
The institution achieved the collaborative research activity with the
European Research Organization “Global Earth Watch”. The Indian
Institute of Science, Bangalore extended its co-operation to conduct
applied research in Uttara Kannada district relating to Ecological
Imbalance and Climate Changes. Meetings are conducted to continue the
course of action under the guidance of Dr. Ravindranath of IISC
Bangalore.

Q.18 Community Services:
The institution has continued its mission of extending its valuable service
to the community. Having a strong faith that the ultimate goal of
education as a means to achieve Socio-Economic progress through
awakening the consciousness of the community. The institution is putting
its efforts to inculcate values, eradicate ignorance, empower with
knowledge, expanding the outlook, and prepare the young generation to
face the challenges and to take up responsibilities. The following notable
activities and services are as under.
College provides admission opportunity to all eligible aspirants
irrespective of cast, creed or economic status.

The KSOU (Mysore) centre housed at the institution provides opportunity
to persue education in varied disciplines.
As one of the district Centers for conducting common entrance test (CET)
for professional courses. PU Students of 6 Talukas are provided the
facility to write examination.
Accommodation to girl students of the nearby Taluks is provided in the
institution Ladies Hostel enabling them to attend CET Coaching classes.
Budget analysis and discussions by the department of economies.
Off campus exhibition of noted books.
On holidays the open air theatre is used by the public to conduct cultural
programmes.
Interested public is always invited to Memorial lectures, Endowment
lectures music and dance programmes.
Interested local youths are allowed to take admission for Diploma Course
in Kathak.
Protection and preservation of historical monuments available in the
surrounding areas.
The post office branch, situated in the college campus is well utilized by
the public of the surrounding layouts.
MES Career guidance centre is extending its services in training youth for
competitive examinations and library facility is open for the alumni and
other pursuing youths.
MES Vidyarthi Souhardha Co-operative Society benefited many students
of the adjacent layouts in getting stationeries. This unit is owned and
managed by students and teachers.
Students of Govt. College are accommodated to write University
examination of each semester in the college.
Well equipped and well maintained MES Multi Gymnasium is kept open
for students, Alumni and interested local youth.
Training the unemployed graduates to take K.A.S. examination.17

Q.23. Courses in which student assessment of teachers is introduced and
the action taken on student feed back:
1. The process of evaluation of the institutional potential is taken with the
view of reaching excellence. A questionnaire format was given to outgoing
students. Most of the students answered all the questions.
2. Evaluation of teachers was also taken for each term.
3. Student feed back was objectively attended and impressions were
processed for the over all improvement of the institution.
4. As a post analysis move on teacher evaluation, the head of the institution
councells the deficient staff and extends the help of the senior staff to
overcome the teaching challenges.
5. Some of the student responses are as under.
a) About 60% of the students wanted to go for higher education and 35%
of them wanted to take up job. 5% of them wanted to be at home
assisting their parents in agriculture.
b) The opinion about Teachers is varied right from the word “average” to
“Excellent”. About 85% of the students have satisfaction about the
teachers and departments.

d) Some students have mixed opinion about library books. Some of them
are happy that they can get more number of reference books on most of

The MES Employees Co-operative society’s Charitable fund for the poor

The institution is proud of its innumerable distinct products and many of
them have close-ties with their Almamater. Now and then they contribute
to the academic folds of the institution in the form of participation in
seminars, experience sharing sessions etc. In the annual special feature
programme of the college called “Hosachiguru Haleberu” alumni of
varied interest came together in large number on a common platform and

The sports wing was committed to continue its good work all through the
year by consolidating the available resource it swung into action to fulfill
the student needs. The institution took lead in the field with fine show by
students at various university / state level competitions. To present a few
distinct achievements:
1. Inter Collegiate Ball Badminton Competition and Selection of Karnataka
University were held on 29,30 and 31 August 2009 in S.E.S. Arts and
Commerce College, Gadag. The Students of our college team while displaying
the game artistically, under the guidance of Nisha P. Britto, B.Sc.III, defeated
the team of Talikote College and became the champions of the University for 26
the 2nd time consecutively, after defeating them by direct sets, Nisha P. Britto,
Soumya V. Hegde, B.A. II, Sindhu V. Hegde B.A.II and Tabassum A Shaikh,
B.Sc.II were selected as University “Blues”, to represent the university is
women’s Ball Badminton team, at all India Inter University sports meet held in
Periyar University, SELUM, Tamilnadu.
2. In the zonal level Inter collegiate chess tournament held at Basaveshwar Arts
College, Bagalkot from 14-9-2009 to 18-9-2009, the boys of our college played
very well to win 2nd position.
3. Ravindra Bhat, B.A.I bagged 3rd prize in Karnataka University level Body
Building competition held on 8-10-2009 and 9-10-2009 at Shivaji Arts &
Commerce college, Baad, Karwar
PRANAHUTI YOGA TANTRA FOR TRANSFORMATION
Modern life style while giving many attractive facilities, creates many
physical and mental problems too. Our physical education dept. which is aware
that meditation is the best way to rid us of all these problems, arranged for a
lecture by “Shri Ramachandra Mission” on 4-11-2009 for the staff and other
interested people.
Aryabhata awardee Dr. Venkatraman Hegde and National Yoga
Champion Dr. Prakash Puttur conducted yoga classes from 6-11-2009 to 12-11-
2009in our college, under the aegis of physical Education Dept.
In the inter collegiate Athletics held at R.P.D. Arts College, Belgaum
from 28-10-2009 to 31-10-2009 our students bagged prizes in shot- put and
discuss throw and relay.
8 sportsmen of our college under the leadership of Anand Gowli,
participated in the tiger count programme conducted by the forest dept. from
22-10-2010 to 27-10-2010
Our students also participated in the 3rd zonal level table Tennis
tournament at Siddapur college on Feb. 10th and 11th 2010, in the 3rd Zonal level
Kabaddi tournament at J.C. college, Ankola on 9th March 2010 and also in the

volleyball tournament for boys at Sadashivagad college in the two days event
from 11-3-2010 to 12-3-2010.
April 12 and 13, 2010 witnessed the Triumph of our girl students who
bagged 2nd prize at Arts and science college, Munavalli in the Yogasana
competitions.
Our students who have participated at the Taluka Dasara Sports Meet.
Tabasum a Shaikh won Gold Medal in Shot put and discuss throw, while
Santosh Saler B.A. III won gold medal in 100 m running race.
On April 4, 2010, our Annual sports meet was conducted, some sport
events were also specially conducted for the staff, who participated in the event
with enthusiasm. B.Sc.II team stood first in the inter class cricket tournament,
while the B.A.- III students won the 2nd prize.
All the activities of the dept. of physical education were conducted very
smoothly, for the year 2009-10.

Q.36. Activities of guidance and counseling unit .
The counseling system is switched over to mentor system under which
students are divided and allotted to each staff-member for personal attention to
contribute to learners’ development. Mentors at their convenience through
formal and informal approach guide counsel and teach the students to develop
positive attitude, to have constructive approach, to handle their academic and
non-academic issues during the course of their studies. A book containing the
detailed information of the learners’ and teachers’ observation maintained for
record purpose.

The placement cell has been leading students to the portals of corporate
world by disseminating occupational information, training them to
become employable and making arrangement for job induction. The cell
with a renewed focus reaffirmed with its idea that the personality in 29

THE NEXT YEAR.
The institution has adapted the concept of quality assurance and
initiatives. It is heading towards the successful implementation of quality
management and also believed that a collective effort has to be evolved to
forward this quality campaign. Many prospective plans envisioned in the past
academic year have been implemented with great success with the support of
the Management. A few that could not pick up stream will be attended with all
seriousness in the moths to come. Every possible effort will be sorted out to
enhance quality improvement. For an overall extension of quality education, 31

STETE LEVEL SEMINAR ON NATURAL HERITAGE OF COASTAL KARNATAKA
With the intention of identifying and acquainting the potentials of the rich
natural heritage of coastal region a U.G.C. sponsored state level seminar was
organized in the college on 1st October, 2009. The coastal Karnataka consists of
three districts. The coast stretches about three hundred kilometers and flanked
by the Arabian sea on one side and various neighboring state on the other. The
western ghat spread over in the region with natural surroundings hills, valleys,
lakes, ponds, river, water falls, water bodies, green areas as a part of our natural
heritage, adds to the beauty of this region and is a home to a large variety of

flora and founa. This region is a treasure of Natural Heritage inclusive of spots
like Yana, Apsarakonda, Devabhag beach, Malpe beach, Maravante, Kollur
wild life sanctuary, Anashi National Park, Dandeli wilde life sanctuaries,
attiveri bird sanctuary and different water falls. Apart from these many
historical place with ancient monuments add to the richness of the heritage.
Inaugural session spread over one hour and was concluded by 11 a.m. Key
note address by Dr. N.S. Rangaraju, Head of the department of Ancient Indian
History Mysore University, marked the beginning of the academic discussion.
The seminar was inaugurated by Shri Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, Hon’ble
Minister for Education, Govt. of Karnataka and presided over by Shri
Shantaram Hegde Shigehalli, the President Modern Education Society, Sirsi
Smt. Nela Manjunath, The Commissioner, Department of Archeology and
Museum , Govt. of Karnataka and Shri Anant Ahsishar, President Western Ghat
Task Force, Govt. of Karnataka were the Chief Guest.
The inaugural session was followed by 3 technical sessions on Topics.
i) Tourism Potentialities in Coastal Karnataka.
ii) Tourism and its impact.
iii) Home stay tourism in coastal Karnataka.
iv) Eco-Tourism in costal Karnataka.
v) Wildlife in coastal Karnataka
vi) Tourism and infrastructure.
Finally it was resolved that the lack of knowledge, human aggression,
commercialization, human encroachment are immediate threats found in the
coastal Karnataka to preserve such natural heritage. Proper awareness should
be created among the people to develop these places as eco-tourist spots
which would provide livelihood for may people in the region.
The seminar came to a close with the valedictory function, Prof. K.S.
Nagapathy, Director of Master of Tourism Administration, Mahajan College,
Mysore, was the Chief Guest, the function was presided over by Dr. S.I.
Bhat, Principal of the college.35

NCC REPORT – 2009-2010This year NCC training activities commenced on the first Sunday of Aug.2009
as per the central training schedule. Many colourful events were carried on at
the Coy and at BN level through out the year and our cadets achieved
excellence in many camps both at the State and National Level.
Among the various events the following major activities topped the NCC
Calendar.

One SD cadet JUO Venkatraman S.C. attended Tal Sena Camp dated
18th Sept. to Sept.29, 2009 held at New Delhi. He is the only cadet
represented 29 Kar. BN NCC Karwar during the year.
5 SD and 6 SW, a total of 11 cadets attended TSC – I camp held at
Belgaum from June 25 to 4th July 2009
One SD and SW cadet attended TSC II Camp held at APMC Belgaum
from 21 July to 30th July 2009.
One SD and SW cadet attended TSC II camp held at Belgaum and one
SW cadet attended same camp at Mysore from Aug. 1 to 10 th Aug.
2009.
One SD Cadet attended TSC – V camp held at Bijapur dated 6 sept. to
15 sept. 2009.
One SD cadet attended Directorate Selection TSC – II at Bijapur from
23 Aug. to Sept. 1, 2009
32 SD and 27 SW, a total of 59 cadets attended CATC Camp held at
Sagardarshan, Karwar from 16 to 25 Aug. 2009. The contingent
bagged General Champion Trophy.
2 SW cadets attended Pre R.D. Camp held at Belgaum from 3 Oct. to
12 Oct. 2009.
11 SD cadets and 7 SW cadets, total 18 cadets and one ANO attended
CATC – II at Kodibag, Karwar from 26th Oct. to Nov. 2 , 2009.
Plantation programme was held on Aug.8, 2009 and as many as 118
species were planted in the college premises. The programme started
with planting of species by Anant Hegde Ashishar, the Chairman of
Western Ghat Task Force, Government of Karnataka. MES president
Shanataram Hegde Shigehalli, DFO Manojkumar, Principal of the
college were present on the occasion.
Blood Donation camp was held on Sept. 13, 2009. Twenty units of
blood were donated by the cadets as a noble service. In the programme,
Dr.P.S. Hegde, Blood Bank officer TSS Hospital, Sirsi . MES

President Shantaram Hegde Shigehalli, Maj Shreepad Bhat and Lt. T.S.
Halemane spoke on the occasion.
Legal Discipline and awareness among NCC cadets was held on
Aug.9,2009. Ullas Vernekar, DSP Sirsi delivered the lecture on the
topic.
Maj. Shreepad Bhat delivered special lecture on Leadership qualities
for NCC cadets on 11 Oct.2009.
NCC day was celebrated on Nov.22,2009. The NCC day message was
given by the NCC officers. The cultural programme was held by the
cadets.
Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated on Oct.2,2009. Shramadhana by cadets
and special lecture on First Aid was held by the medical staff of TSS
hospital Sirsi.
Three SD cadets attended national level Basic Leadership Camp (BLC)
held at Vardha, Nagpur, from 15-1-2010 to 26-1-2010.
Seven NCC cadets donated blood on the occasion of Life Line Blood
Bank of Pandit Government Hospital at Sirsi on Jan. 26,2010.
