Outlook for May

With 74 recorded sales and a $34.5K increase in the market median sales price, the real estate market

in Redondo Beach held strong in April. Overall, MLS data reveals a healthy supply and demand

relationship exists between sellers and buyers. And, considering the 10.7% surge in new listings we

expect this bond to grow even stronger in weeks to come.

“So, what is our forecast for May?” you ask? It’s simple – a lot more of the same but with higher

expectations that stat measurements across the board will improve as summertime inches closer. After

all the cost to borrow money remains historically inexpensive and the local job market and national
