1. (16-0398) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a concession and lease agreement with Carl Walker dba Whatchamacaller’s Place for shoe shine services at Corpus Christi International Airport for a period of 12 months
2. (16-0409) Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into outside city limits water contracts, which is attached to this resolution and incorporated herein for all purposes, with property owners of up to 32 lots in the London Village Subdivision to provide public water to their respective properties located outside the city limits pursuant to Section 55-113 of the City Code of Ordinances.
3. (16-0415) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to purchase two chemical vent hoods for replacement from Haldeman Homme, Inc., of Austin, Texas, at the Corpus Christi Police Department, Forensics Division, in accordance with Bid Event No. 84, based on an only bid for a total cost of $88,215.00 for design, material and installation. Funds are available in FY 2015-2016.
4. (16-0425) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an Engineering Design contract with LNV, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $95,467 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant Intermediate Sludge Removal Phase I for design, bid and construction phase services.
5. (16-0426) Ordinance authorizing the sale of no greater than one hundred and twelve (112) properties shown on the attached and incorporated “2016 Resale Auction List” at a tax resale auction with opening bids of 20% of the most recent tax appraisal value.
6. (16-0428) Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 53, Section 53-250. - Schedule I - One-way streets and alleys, Artesian Street, from Leopard Street to Mestina Street, and Mestina Street, from Artesian Street to Waco Street

7. (16-0429) Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 53, Section 53-252
Schedule III - Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets by adding Mestina Street, both sides, between Waco Street and Staples Street.
8. (16-0435) Acceptance of the Texas Department of Health Services Tuberculosis Prevention and Control-Federal (TB/PC-FED) grant in the amount of $48,345 that includes the requirement of providing a cash match of 20% (=$9,669) of the total grant total for a combined total project cost of $58,014 for the contract period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016; and authorizing acceptance of the grant agreement to begin January 1, 2016.

(16-0438) Ordinance appropriating $250,000 from the unreserved fund balance in Development Services Fund No. 4670 for implementation of the Infor Community Development Regulation module; amending the FY 2015-2016 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030620 to increase expenditures by $250,000; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute change orders for additional consulting services related to the Infor Community Development Regulation project.
10. (16-0456) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to accept grants from the Governor's Homeland Security Grants Division in the amount of $153,145.51 for the Homeland Security Grant Program; and appropriating $153,145.51 from the Governor's Homeland Security Grants Division into the No. 1062 Fire Grants Fund to carry out homeland security projects that will significantly improve local and regional terrorism prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities.
11. (16-0457) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a change order to the original scope of work in support of the implementation of the Infor Public Sector (IPS) for Utility Billing in the amount of $200,000.
