To be approved, or not to be approved, that is the question?

Introduction to our Approved Centres

Trainer Courses Ltd has produced criteria exclusively for our registered trainers / training providers / care providers to become recognised as Trainer Courses Ltd Approved Centres and have their compliance specific training externally quality assured through moderation.

Why our Approved Centres were developed?

You have our registered trainers to thank for this. We have always listened to our trainers and take on board the feedback they provide. What came out loud and clear was that many of our registered trainers / training providers / care providers needed to issue certificates that were externally quality assured without the expense of paying huge accreditation fees.

How External Quality Assurance Moderation is undertaken:

We ensure that Approved Centres follow our Course Delivery Procedure. We also ensure that Approved Centres use Trainer Courses Ltd Trainer Packs which are regularly standardised by Trainer Courses Ltd Standardisation Team to ensure that the materials being delivered are current and compliant with industry standards. Approved Centre’s Certification Record is required to be emailed to Trainer Courses Ltd Centre Support after each training session is delivered. Every six months Approved Centres are requested by our External Quality Assurance Moderation Team to email a sample of assessment and evaluation forms from delivered courses to be externally quality assured through moderation. The External Quality Assurance Moderation Team will select the delegate’s papers to be moderated from the certification record.

Registered Approved Centres will receive six monthly compliance reports. The illustrated External Quality Assurance Moderation Report shows the following:

• Your Compliance Explained
