Leanne Girard GAMBLING REPORT
PRESENTATION
Slow month - Clives closed 40 games and 5*8 closed 58 games. Net profit after expenses of $31,000. Raffle ticket delivery to players at house pick up and potentially tryouts. Bingo at clives will start in November.
CONCLUSIONS
A motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the gambling report for August. Nate Stulc GAMBLING OVERSIGHT REPORT
PRESENTATION
Active Game Audit – conducted on September 16, 2017 at Clive’s and 5-8. One active game pulled and audited at each site. Both in compliance and will review our audit with the months end B2. Members included: Nate Stulc, Ryan Nelson, and Jashan Eison. Perpetual Inventory Audit – conducted on September 18, 2017 at both sites. Inventory of games not in play yet and games in play are checked against the perpetual inventory list kept on sight. Both sites had games accounted for. Audit conducted by Jashan Eison. Closed Game Audit – conducted on August 28th, 2017. 4 games from each site were audited. All were found compliant with auditor’s numbers. Will compare to B2. Audits completed by Nate Stulc, Jason Cordes, Ryan Nelson, and Wade Gjervold. Storage Unit Inspection – completed on September 19,2017 by Nate Stulc. Everything was in order and checked out. August closed game accounted for.

Carolee went to Champlin athletctic and took all old jeseys/socks– about 10 plus boxes. Nate gave out 2 boxes left. We need to purchase new shooting targets to cover net. Jordan would like a passer that sits on the ice as well so coaches can coach and not have to catch and make passes back.

We are hosting this year. Boys will be with CR and CR will be hosting this year. We’ll rotate both every year if it is successful. For MEA Thursday and Friday there will be day and evening Ice available to us.

Greg L (Joe) RECRUITMENT
JR Rebels Program initiated. Will start mid-November and run through the end of February skating 1 day a week (Saturday). Each sessions run by High School Kids – 3 boys, 3 Girls. Age group is 4-7 years old and have not previously played organized hockey. Each kid will receive a cool Rebel Jersey. We will charge $ for the season, but will offer a credit on the next year registration if they decide to play. We’ve applied for a $2500 grant to help support the program. We’ll be targeting the elementary schools and have worked out those flyers already.
